Knowledge is power and a cook book that explains the idea that it is possible to cook it fast and delicious makes a huge difference!

I had borrowed this book from my local library. I read through all the recipes and knew immediately I really liked the book. I tried one recipe (Chicken Mexicali) and decided I had to have this book. My family (big family) loved the dinner I made. The recipes in this book are simple to follow. The instructions are easy as well. There's a photo for almost every single recipe (which I really like...I like to know what my food is supposed to look like). This book is a good size and weight too. Not a skinny leaflet, and not a super heavy textbook. Since buying the book, I've made the Smothered Pork chops. The flavor in that dish is amazing! My family was in awe. :) I will be making more of the recipes soon. I do not regret buying this book. I had not made a meal in a crock pot before using this book.

I recommend this cookbook for busy people, married couples, and those who like to have people over for dinner or church potlucks. Everything I made in this book is good. I get many compliments from friends and my husband loves when I cook from this book. I made soups, dip, munchies, dinner, and desserts from this book. This book saved my sanity of trying to figure out what to cook for everyday meals and for church potluck or hosting in our home. The book is so great, I bought this book for my Sister in law as her wedding gift. Recommend this book.

Trying a reciepe today. Creamed cauliflower. Seems very simple, we shall see. Have looked the cook book over and most recipes are simplfilified. This is good for me. So only three stars because awaiting the outcome.

Great cook book

I really like this book! The recipes are dishes I adore & I enjoy the option of cooking them under pressure. Although not every recipe has the pressure cooker instructions about 70% do. Food always comes out tasty & as advertised (for me).

looks like some good recipes just wished they put in the food values like Calories and such with the recipes.
