A friend of mine gave me a children’s kayak for under 100 pounds. This paddle worked perfectly. I think it was a pretty good value.

I bought two of these paddles, one for my seven year old son and one for my four year old son. I have no complaints. They are lightweight, the older kids that have kayaked around with them are able to move quickly through the water and they seem very sturdy too. They've been tossed on beaches, smacked on the rocks quite a bit- they've fared the rough handling just fine. Light enough that the seven year old can keep up.

Was a little too short my teenager to use. But he still used it. Definitely geared for more of a younger child

Not as wide of a blade as I hoped which means less power.

Way over priced due to youth sizing but what can you do... works well nice quality.

paddle is the correct length and size for my grandson to use, when i open the amazon box and took it out it was clearly damaged, There are dents in the tubing . not sure if it was shipped this way or why it was shipped. the box was not damaged in any way.

It will work for this weekend- but a bummer it came to us already scuffed and scratched and punctured. Before we could even use it.
