I rarely submit reviews but feel compelled to give this product and the company credit it deserves. Ordered this faucet as part of my remodel and wasn’t really sure if it’s good quality since it’s quite bit less expensive than the once I see in local stores. To my surprise, the faucet come in a very well packaged box and every component is well made. It comes with decent installation instructions and easy to follow. It feel rock solid and very sturdy.Unfortunately, my contractor damaged one of the water supply hose came in the kit by accident. He couldn’t find anything locally to replace the damaged hose. Wasn’t sure what to expect, I tried to reach the company. To my surprise, someone actually answered my call even it was well after hours (about 9pm est). She listened to my problem and without hesitation, offered free replacement parts with expedited shipping so we can keep the remodel on schedule. I was thoroughly impressed by how good the customer service provided by this seller. She went above and beyond what you would expect from average online retailers.I’ve upload pictures of new bathroom and the new tub faucet is just perfect fit and add appeals to the overall esthetic of the design. I’m very pleased with the outcome.Thank you and keep up the good work.

This is a great product with Great features . It’s high quality and looks beautiful . The whole design is flawless . I needed shorter hoses and customer service got right back to me and got what I needed with no problems . This is grade A service in a time you cannot get good service they have went above and beyond for us . We are very happy

I haven’t used it yet but our plumbers installed it in our new home. He informed me that the piece itself will be wobbly but that’s because it’s long. They did have to cut out part of our living room ceiling to bolt it to the floor. The plumber did mention that the hose piece will drip so I will have to hang it over the tub to dry. I’m exciting to use it! Very beautiful piece!

I bought this to replace a leaky faucet. In comparison to my previous faucet, this one is not only gorgeous but very solidly constructed. It looks and feels heavy and expensive. I love it! Although the hoses were too big for my connecting hoses, customer service was very responsive to my concern and quickly helped me resolve the issue. Great faucet and attentive customer service...what more could you ask for? Buy it! You won't be disappointed!

This may not be a DIY project, unless you have your plumbing already in the right spot on the floor, or if like me, you are putting in a new floor and can add the pipes where they needed to be. Plumbing aside, the install can be tricky, and you need to wear the white gloves that come with the unit so as not to put your fingerprints all over the faucet. The instructions were straight forward and if you take your time and do it right the final product is beautiful. Had an issue with the supply hoses being a half inch to long for my application, but contacted the company, and they were very responsive and said they would send me what I needed right away (thank you Ling), I just needed to text them exactly what I needed and where to send it. Great customer service and I would highly recommend them.

This is an extremely handsome, sturdy and functional freestanding bathtub floor mount filler faucet. It arrived securely packaged a few days earlier than expected.Our contractor found the installation instructions straightforward however as noted in the installation instruction "tips" we required slightly shorter water supply hoses as our house supply lines were surrounded by concrete and could not be adjusted for a satisfactory connection. Fortunately Antiqua's friendly customer service responded immediately and sent us the appropriate sized nice steel jacketed water supply hoses. Installation then proceeded uneventfully.Excellent appearance, style, function and quite good value for the price.

The tub filler exceeded my expectations! I love the design and sleekness it add to our bathroom. Feels very well made. The hoses are a bit too long but customer service was great. They called me right back and were able to get the correct size ordered back to me. Thank you!

Product is great, relatively easy to install. Customer service is fantastic - I had issue with the supplied braided hoses and the 3/8" adapters and Ling was super helpful and quick in getting everything I needed to finish. The finish on this product is sleek and attractive and the waterfall looks sharp when operational. It has the option to rotate the direction of the faucet/sprayer which is a nice feature depending on your setup.One thing to note for install is prior to mounting the base, install the pole to the base, align the pole so that it's squared up, faces the right way, and the set screws are located in back, and then mark your holes on the floor to mount the base this way. I made this mistake of installing the base plate without doing this and had to shim the between base and pole so that I could square it up for final install. Other than that, very straight forward.

Was looking for Moen or Delta but settled for this Artiqua and I am not disappointed. Attractive bathrub filler, clean lines and not too high up over the tub.

The faucet was excellent quality for the money. Well made and easy to install. The 30” water lines were too short so l contacted the company number in the installation guide. They are sending longer waterlines for my installation free of charge.
