Two left earrings
When I received the order I noticed the sticker that was supposed to seal the box was removed from one side and folded under, like the box had already been opened, but really thought nothing of it. I was happy to see that they were not broken but noticed that the patterns on each earring was very different, but I was willing to let it go, because they are blown glass they won't be "completely identical". I get that, but it was when I went to put the earrings in that I understood why they were two completely different patterns and why the box had been opened. I received two left earrings from two different sets.I like the earrings and wanted to get the issue corrected but it seems the only option is a return for refund, which I will do and order another set from a different shop.

Love the color and design
Love the color and design! But one of them came in broken. Ill likely just sand the edge down and wear it anyways since my ears are already 0 gauged. The box wasnt damaged or anything so im not sure what happened. Regardless, im impressed with the coloration and how both items look almost exactly the same. There isnt much variation which when in the ear, is a good thing.

They look cool but not the right sizes not even close
I ordered 00 gauges and neither was a 00. One was bigger and the other was smaller. They look cool but not the right sizes not even close

Beautiful but 0g was closer to a 2g (6mm - 7mm) and design is only visible in profile
Handmade glass is one of my favorite things to wear in my stretched lobes so I am no stranger to sizes being off by +/- 1mm. However, one of my squids was 7mm (a 1g) which was fine considering the nature of the product, and 2.75" long. The other is 6mm at the widest point (a 2g), and 2 5/8" long. This seems to be more of a QC problem when pairing and labeling the jewelry than actually producing it. Because I don't plan on stretching my front lobes right now, as I'm already between a 0g/8mm and a 9mm - a 00g in some brands - I opted for my normal 0g size, and will just need to wear them with earskins, as they are a bit weighty. This is fine for me, but it shows a bit of gap in my front lobe that O-rings would be able to slip through, but earskins would add a bit of grip and keep the hole the right shape.I love how these look the same on both sides though, so unlike some some types of dichro jewelry (these are not dichro) you only see the glass patterns on the 'fronts', and my ears don't face that way on my head. The one thing I really don't like about this particular brand/manufacturer (no idea who made them and they were not packaged well at all - I'm surprised they didn't break in their box before I opened it) is the huge gap between the longer curved tail and the shorter spiral tail. Obviously a gap is necessary in order to get them in but as you can see from my photo it's REALLY BIG. Unless a person is looking at me in profile this is what they are seeing, which looks a bit awkward. It isn't just the gap though, as there isn't much of a curve at the top to position them to lie with the design facing even slightly forward.
