A Vintage Christmas: A Collection of Classic Stories and Poems

This is truly a Christmas feel good book. The stories are so quant and most of the authors do a great job describing every detail of the late 1800’s holiday season. Most are the perfect length for a read aloud. Some require longer. This book was our happy companion all December long.

This is a beautiful little hardcover book! It would make a lovely book to give as a Christmas gift. I liked it so much that I ordered the "A Classic Christmas" book by the same company so that I have a set.

I read this book to my granddaughters, and both asked to have stories from it read again. I recommend.

For £12:99 I was expecting a bigger book it’s barely bigger then my hand ..is a nice book with nice stories..but the book is so small I would suggest just getting the paperback

This book was an excellent addition to my shelves for the holiday season and one that I know I will reread over the years.As this is an anthology collection, there's a mixture of short stories and poems. Personally, I found some better than others but that could easily change over the years with different stories or poems resonating differently at different stages of life.This collection is classic and timeless and I know I will reread it over the course of my lifetime.
