So far the best jump rope I've ever owned
I have to say this is a very nice, if not the best jump rope I have ever owned. I have owned a few ropes in the past and this one seems to combine all the different things I like from each one of them all of them in one single jump rope.Other than the fact than it comes with two ropes (cables), one red and one black, you can change them very easily. The rope itself is kind of an insulated wire which looks very sturdy and durable, you can cut it to fit your optimal size which is very nice, and the rope attaches to the handles, with a very nice swivel that allows the rope to spin effortlessly, which by experience lets me know that this jump rope should last me for a very long while.I like that the handles are sturdy, but lightweight which makes the rope feel heavier and the speed more controlable.I am very happy with this product, it is very sturdy, looks like it will last me a while, then I will just change the cable and have it be brand new again :)

Crossfit jump rope
A nice medium weight speed rope. I'm still trying to master double unders, so this rope is nice. When I biff it doesn't leave lash marks on my legs. The handles are very easy to grip. I always feel like, even with my tiny hands, small handles are difficult to hold onto when getting tired. These don't take much energy at all in the spinning. Also love having two ropes that come with it. Don't know why, it just seems like a good idea.

This is the best jump rope I have used for Crossfit. The cable doesn't knot or twist (and after storage it doesn't retain its tight curved shape), it spins extremely smoothly, and the cable, while heavier than other cables, hurts less when you miss a double under and who yourself. Well worth the money.

Not a bad rope. Locks should have set screws instead of the knob style. The knobs catch and throw you off. Also the don't get tight enough to stay put. Two ropes are nice, but a small part change would make these amazing.

Excellent rope, very fast
Excellent rope, very fast, and great follow-up from the seller looking for feedback. Happy it comes with an additional rope and two set-screws. Handles are nice size and the gauge of the rope, while thin, is sufficient enough to keep it moving for double-unders.

I have had no problems with this rope. It actually is better than the other brand I had prior. I would buy another no problem.

Great Product
Great Product. I have been using it for several weeks now and definitely see the results.Great control.. No tangling.. . The double rotation mechanism they promote really makes the difference. This rope is very fast and had helped me to improve and to get those consecutives double under. Now I do 25 in a row and improving.Excellent purchase. Totally recommend it!!!
