Love love love
Loved this book so much, I ended buying the whole Garoul Series so I could re-read them. It has great writing, good fantasy and awesome romance. Girls, its a must read (all of them).

Another winner from Gill McKnight!
After two wonderful novels, Goldenseal and Ambereye, Indigo Moon keeps the series quality high and in my favorites. Once again the tone shifts from the previous book in the series, away from romantic comedy and instead becomes dark romantic mystery.Isabelle continues McKnight's string of compelling heroines. I really liked her and felt for her. Her situation was so unknowable and she was all alone in it. At least as far as she knew. She had real strength though when she needed it (although a few times her indecisiveness grated). Ren was interesting once again, but we spent less time with her getting to see from her perspective and that keeps her from winning you over as much as Leone and Jolie. One note that may matter to you and may not, there is only one steamy scene in the entire book and I felt it could have used at least one more. I don't personally need sex scenes every few pages like some books in the genre do it, but it is a part of this kind of book I look forward to.A great continuation and now I'm looking forward to Silver Collar. I really hope McKnight has the next one in the series in the works already, I don't know what I'll do without more of these brilliant books!

Too uncomfortable to read
Short with little chance for character development. Not at all like Ambereye. I had to skip the love scenes as they made me very uncomfortable. Even though the victim was the aggressor, it felt rapey and wrong. I know the author loves to depict emotionally stunted, sexually aggressive women but this went too far. And honestly, it makes book four hard to swallow since it stars the antagonist of this book right after she did horrible crap. A shame, Ambereye was my favorite read in a while.

Another great one!
McKnight is definitely getting better and better with each one of these books. The characters in them are very engaging and fun to read about. The mystery-feel that was in "Goldenseal" has returned in this one but in a different way. It was definitely enjoyable to read and I all but consumed this book. Every character had something to bring to the story and I was definitely eager for the next installment. I liked the different feel this book brought and the setting was a nice change. There's a little less of McKnight's usual humor in this one but it has great pacing so it doesn't feel completely serious.I definitely plan to read this one again.

Delicious!
If you're looking for lesfic that actually reads like a good novel, this whole series will do it. I'm not into paranormal, vampires, or any of that but damn, this story is so well woven, I'm starting to believe in werewolves! Love the use of language and description. Caught myself looking up the definition of several brilliantly used words in this book. Mysteries that stay hidden until you're finished reading, and then you can reread the book and savor all the details that pointed to the conclusion.I've been recently disappointed by a string of lesfic books, but this series has restored my faith.

indigo moon
indigo moon is the 3rd of the series and while t stands alone, it is far more satisfying if it is read after the 1st and 2nd books in the series. This book ties into the background story where it is needful and really maintains a good and frightening mystery as the main character has amnesia and what she remembers and the clues she finds has her NEED to find others who can tell her the truth, almost after it is too late. It was a pleasure at the end to see how the 3 books are tied together. It is also delightful there are abundant lesbian and gay couples functioning normally, thriving, and it is NOT the point of the book(s). It is simply part of the characters life, although pairing up is part of the theme of the book for one couple amid many paired couples.

Outstanding!
In the beginning, you have no idea where the story is going. You keep guessing. It kept you on your toes and I could barely put it down. It is one thrilling adventure and mystery. Again, well plotted and excellent written. You can feel the struggle, the determination and the tension was very palpable. Be sure to pick up your copy of all the books in this series. Each one is a winner.

Overview
The story was well told from the differing vantage points, captivating. I read it in two days and couldn't put it down, only giving in for sleep hours before I was to wake up for school. Also leaving a open end and cliff hanger for the next story in the series.

It was hot and sexy at times and a thrilling chase at breakneck speed at others.
‘Indigo Moon’ takes the Garoul Series in a new direction as we are introduced to feral werewolves. Isabelle is attacked on her way home but remembers little. All she knows is that Ren is caring for her as she heals. Ren is hiding a whole lot from her, but can Isabelle work it out before it’s too late? Hope and Godfrey, mates of twins Jolie and Andre Garoul may be Isabelle’s only hope as she struggles to find out what has happened to her. This was a fascinating mystery and I really appreciated how the whole mythology around the Garouls was opened up. It was hot and sexy at times and a thrilling chase at breakneck speed at others. It had me breathless. I love this series and am so glad Gill McKnight is writing a new one, due for release this year.

A howling good book
Isabelle wakes up in a strange place. She's been injured and has no immediate memory of how, or even who she is. A woman called Ren is taking good care of her. But something seems rather out of place. When Isabelle begins to feel better, she begins to regain bits of her memory. It appears that Ren knows her from before her accident. Gradually Isabelle becomes frightened and knows she must escape. But who from and where should she go? Isabelle finally finds out who she is and finds herself being helped by Hope Glassy and Godfrey Meyers, members of the Garoul clan. Can they save Isabelle from her unknown enemy? More importantly, does Isabelle really want to be saved?I eagerly waited for this book to be published. The whole series is absolutely brilliant. The stories are exciting and different with each book. We see more of Hope, Godfrey and Jolie. There are also some loveable new characters introduced. My favorite is Mouse, the cheeky girl. This series just keeps getting better. I can't wait for number four, Silver Collar. Another winner for Gill.

Just keeps getting better
And better. Although the book is steeped in supernatural lore the characters personalities are remarkably very realistic and the story is very well developed that you actually start to consider the truth. The book is very well written and funny in places. The scenery is to die for. Seriously who wouldn't want to live there. A seriously talented author, hey she's made me a believer.

Fantastic
The third in the series does not dissapoint, just gets better. The development of characters, especially in wolven form, is so good, you really feel part of this reality created by Gill McKnight.
