I started drinking this water on recommendations from friends for my fibromyalgia. After the first week I could tell a marked difference. The constant aches and pains and feelings of constant tiredness were much improved. After I ran out of my first batch of it I really knew how much it had been helping. I ordered more and drink it every day now. I called the company to find suppliers in my area (there were none) and they were very helpful and pleasant. Very impressive company.

I was concerned how this kind of water could maintain certain molecular properties, but I was extremely pleased.Very refreshing, as well!! This is just as expensive as bottled water but so much better! With bottled water, the taste is never consistant. Especially, if you have sensitive taste buds. This water tastes amazing and has better benefits (if that's even possible, I mean, it's water!).

I really can't say if this water is helping me with any illnesses, but I do love how refreshing it is. I drink one pouch in morning and another before I exercise in evening.
