Simple to put on and reduced my pain.
I’ve been using this brace for just over 2 weeks and I have found some improvement with my foot pain. I have tried to be consistent with wearing it and I do notice that my foot doesn’t hurt as much when I wake up as it used too.The red ball included is also great for evening use and reduces the stain of a long day of being on my feet.

Helps to reduce pain and keep fascia stretched
Long time sufferer of plantar fasciitis and tight calves - this helps with both. Use it as an excuse to kick your feet up and watch tv. Easy to put on, adjustable and holds foot in the right position to alleviate pain.
