Good fit, but designed to be expendable.
In the area of comfort, the ComFit Cuff is above average and makes for a secure fit even for those with bigger arms, but does every now and then require playing around with the adjustment since a loose fit can cause the machine itself to error. This cuff fits and works perfectly with my BP-701IT model, as well as my previous HEM-790IT.The biggest drawback and what results in only 3 stars, is the durability aspect. While I've only had to replace the machine itself once in the 7-8 years since I purchased the first one, this is likely my sixth replacement cuff and I seem to be amassing quite the collection of broken cuffs. It seems Omron has designed these to only last a year or so at most depending on usage, which if one was to follow advice, would consist of at least 2 readings a day (and in my case, twice that, since my wife uses it as well). Even with heavy use, I still feel the cuff should hold together longer and the flaw seems to be in the tube that goes into the cuff end that always manages to eventually leak air and render the machine unable to take a reading. It almost seems like Omron has designed it cheaply, thereby forcing customers to have to choose between continuous replacements or going with another product, despite the fact Omron machines themselves are very well made and give very accurate readings. Just be aware of this fact when one buys an Omron monitor that you are likely committing to having to purchase these cuffs periodically throughout it's lifetime.

Not as good as the old design
Too loose on my 15" arm. The internal rigid support has a flat area which leaves a gap. Pulling harder just slides the cuff around your arm. The flat area just won't conform to my arm. My HEM-780 keeps faulting out before the gap fills. I replaced my old cuff because it was dirty and had some wear and tear, but still worked. Finally, in one sitting, after 5 faults in a row, with readjusting after each fault, I replaced the new cuff w/ the old one. First attempt got a reading, like it always did. The new one is going back. I'm tired of trying to make this thing work. Omron makes great products. I'll buy a new cuff when it matches the performance of my old one.

It did not work satisfactorily with my Omron BP760N.
The manufacturer said it is the replacement for the originally supplied cuff (one that the velcro doesn't hold anymore). Purchased and the first thing out of the box is that the new 'replacement' did not have the correct plastic adapter to mate the tube to the machine, So I cut the original adapter off the tube of the old cuff and managed (barely) to get it into the end of the new tube. (that should have been 'A Clue' for me - I ignored it). It did 'function' but it was not comfortable at all, and seemed to result in spurious readings. It took too long to inflate and resulted in acting like a tourniquet on my arm, and did not release quickly either (the inner diameter of the tube is too small and restricts air flow). So I scrounged up another long wrap-over velcro strap (intended originally to bind up coils of extension cord) to overwrap and secure the old cuff, and replaced the adapter fitting onto the original and Voila! It works great. (P.S. I think that velcro cord tie costed around $2.) YMMV.

Easy To Use
This cuff really speeds up the whole process. Getting a snug fit in the right part of the upper arm with this is much easier than the old cuff I replaced, where you had to cinch it tight and try to stop it from sliding around. I use this on an Omron 712C, which is an older model, so the included adapters will NOT fit that monitor. I just switched the adapter from the old cuff, and after some intense pushing, the old adapter snugged up tight to the new cuff's tubing. These cuffs are made FOR Omron, not BY Omron. They are made in china. Decent quality and value for the money (I paid $20.00).

The original cuff provided excellent service, ordered a new one.
I purchased my OMRON BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR, Model HEM-780N3, with this style H-CL22 cuff, in November 2009. I have used this monitor several times a day for about 3.5 YEARS without a single problem of any kind. It has always given me excellent service. Apparently the cuff has finally worn out.. Omron advises me that the cuff is frequently replaced annually.. I figure I have received my $$ worth of service out of my original cuff.. Omron tells me the cuff is simply worn out as the BP numbers get to a certain point and "hover" there without competing the readings. Suffice it to say that I'm quite happy with the longevity of this cuff and I'm replacing it today....UPDATE: 27 May 2013, The new cup arrived just a few days after I placed my order. It attached easily and I was back getting accurate readings in no time. The quality and ease of use of the new cuff appears to be equal to the quality of the one I wore out after years of great service. I highly recommend this blood pressure unit to anyone seeking a similar device. It operates on batteries or from a wall adapter that comes with it. Great product.UPDATE: 17 July 2016.. Both the OMRON BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR and the replacement cuff continue to be used frequently and provide excellent accuracy when compared to nurses' readings with the much older and usually more accurate manual pump-up blood pressure cuffs.. One thing that continues to amaze me is the length of time and number of uses that this monitor will function on the same set of batteries.. It easily operates for months on end through hundreds, perhaps thousands, of readings on a single set of batteries. It is an understatement to say that I have certainly got my money's worth in this purchase.. I continue to recommend this monitor to anyone looking for an excellent monitor that is simple and easy to use and provides great long-term service..

Cuff for Omron BP785 blood pressure meter
Works every bit as well as the cuff which came with the original purchase of the Omron BP785 blood pressure meter. Happy with the purchase: beats the heck out of buying another meter.

quality and consistency
Bought similar replacement comfit cuff in Nov. 2015, price & shipping have increased 2 times since that purchase . Not sure why, some increase is expected by not double . My BP monitor machine HEM -711DLX works perfectly for years, comfit sleeve becomes defective after using a while. Looks like Omron can make money on selling comfi cuffs that are now close to the price of a completely new BP monitor.

Takes too long to receive the shipment
It took 3 weeks for this item to arrive. I could not wait this long and therefore purchased another blood pressure monitor. I just received this item today and just found out that it is not eligible for return. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

How do I return this cuff. The cuff is well made. But the blue plug doesn’t work
I need to return this product. Even tho it says it’s made for my Omeon Model; the blue plug (and grey) doesn’t fit the hole in the unit and leaks air as the unit try to pump, so it goes to Error.
