I loved this jacket when I opened it...the fur was soft and it seemed well made. I followed the fit guides when I ordered, but the jacket was way too big on me and there was too much extra fabric to even cinch it with the belt. I'm an American size medium, 36 in bust and 29 in waist and I ordered the 8. The shoulders fit well, and I'm have pretty broad shoulders, but this jacket was just not for me. I would recommend this jacket to others because it was really nice, but make sure you order it from a seller that offers free returns, just in case.

This coat fits perfectly. I read reviews in which the arm length is a little shorter so i went a size up. It is actually very warm, warmer than I expected. I bought this coat to replace my wool coat and feel no differance in warm but it is lighter which is good for car rides and mall outtings!

This coat is very attractive, however, it is much too large. I could fit 2 of me in it and still be able to zip it up. I would like to contact the seller but did not receive a packing slip with the coat so I have no way of doing so. I do not recommend this coat.

The jacket fit perfectly except the hood is a little small and looks funny on. The faux fur's color was gorgeous.
