Broke on first use but HIMREYLD offered a sincere apology and full refund
I used this just once on an overseas flight and the shortening / lengthening buckle snapped. It looked great and tightened up just fine. Then it snapped. I would like a refund but the returns window expired by the time that I had arrived back home. However when I got in touch with the seller they quickly offered me a full refund, which I accepted.
