Callous remover set
These self-adhesive patches are very nice on the underside of the feet. Though it’s efficacy is only determinable if used daily and as prescribed for larger areas requiring attention. Not 100% guaranteed, but works all the same. It’s equivalent to other liquid solutions and has the same properties, only larger for more coverage.

The difference is in the cover pad
All of these "extra thick" pads differ only in the strength of the adhesive holding the pad to the area involved. Dr Scholl's has the strongest adhesive, while any of the generics have the weakest. The active ingredient is absolutely identical in all brands, so that's not the decision point. So you may want to have a roll of 1/2" adhesive tape handy to assist if you choose a generic.

Worked Great
This worked great on my foot. It did turn my foot white after 48 hours, but the corn was removed! I had tried multiple different callus removers and none worked. This worked on the first try! I would recommend it.

Be VERY CAREFUL when using these pads!
The acid in these pads is very strong! I had a painful callus on the ball of my foot and decided to purchase these pads after reading about them. They sounded very promising. I followed the directions exactly. It said to change the pad every 48 hours up to 14 days. After a few days of doing this, I noticed that the skin around the callus was white. After changing the pads a few times, I started to feel a lot of pain in the area where the pad was placed, over the callus. On the 8th day, I decided to stop the treatment entirely and removed the pad. I was scared when I saw how white the area was. I gently tried to remove the callus and realized, to my horror, that the acid had not only burned through the callus, but also through the skin underneath of it! I could feel what felt like a hole in the ball of my foot when I was attempting to remove the callus! I decided to just remove the top layer of callus by gently cutting it off with some scissors, and to leave the rest of it to protect the area underneath of it. That was a few days ago and the pain is still there whenever I walk. I have the area protected with some bandages now until it, hopefully, heals. So, be very careful with this product!

They work but not thoroughly...
I wanted to get rid of a large, stubborn callous on the bottom of my big toe. It was just thick and not painful. After applying this product as directed, when I peeled it off, some little parts of the callous came off, leaving some raw, "wounded" spots while the rest of the callous remained solid. I guess I will try it another time after the "wounded" parts heal and see if repeated treatments will work.-- Update 8 months later -- I found this review of mine upon looking to re-order as nothing else has really worked either. What happened was that the further treatments with this same product worked the same way, kind of messy but at least somewhat effective in making the dang thing smaller and less painful to walk on.

Peeled everything but the callous.
It may work on bigger callous but i had very little improvement on this small writing callous. My fingers been peeling for two weeks all around it but the actual callous seems just as big as it was before.
