This is my favorite brand ginsing. It really helpsWith energy and I can feel it when I run out.

It is an adaptogen and may help combat the stress of high intensity daily run training.

This is like the older and one of the first products, ginsana. The c.a Meyer ginseng. But it seems outdated because it is only 10% ginsenosides many newer quality companies offer it in 30-40% ginsenosides. I probably would'nt buy again but it does have pumpkin seed oil in the soft gel which I like, I think 75 mgs

It was recommended to me to take 200mg daily to help me sleep better at night. After a month or so, I was waking only 1-2 times per night (prior it was 5+), and felt more energized throughout the day. Concentration and overall mental functions increased as well.

Best ginseng on the market. Not overpowering like some other products, and just enough active ingredient to produce the desired effect.

I like this product very much.

I have more energy but yet in a relaxed less anxious way.
