I've tried many expensive knives from amazon over the years,Lol they’re garbage! But this knife from Awakelion is on point! I used it for many different things meats,veggies,breads with great results.The knife is also very well balanced,the handle is very comfortable and has a full tang! That means it’s all one continuous piece of steel!Overall this is a sharp chef knife for your kitchen and should last a long time with proper care. Rust stains in a few months...
After only a few months of use, we have rust stains on the knife. Disappointing. Still sharp and sturdy, but rust.
