Recent blood work showed B12 levels near the upper limits of the normal range (much higher than before). I take one capsule every other day. This is the second product I've purchased from Superior Labs and both have been very high quality - effective, potent, and trustworthy. I prefer their D-Mannose over all other brands I've tried in the past (at least 4). I will continue to seek out this brand as my top choice for other supplement needs!

These smell terrible. If you can get past the smell, they’re fine and work ok. They’re not outstanding, meaning no noticeable difference but I guess they work ok. No upset stomach or anything like that. I couldn’t get by the gag reflex from how bad they smell. Switched to another brand and the smell is still there but much less noticeable. I suppose we’ll see if there are side effects from this other brand.

My teenager and I both need to take vitamin D and I love that it has vitamin K to help absorb it. It is so much easier to take then a pill and so smooth.

I’ve been using this B Complex for about a month and so far so good. I like the amounts of all the B’s it contains.
