I have this reel. I see nothing to complain about. Spins freely, well made, Works fine, although this style of fishing is not for people with no patience.. you have to PRACTICE.

For the price, it’s pretty good. The clicker is horrible so I suggest removing it and just use a rubber band to hold your reel. I bought it as a beginner to learn and I’ve caught more fish than the guy standing next to me with his $700 setup.

For the cost it's not bad. I will be testing it out next week. I will say to when buying this to order the better bearings too.

Sold as a beginner centerpin reel. Poor spinning and bad bearing from chinese factory. Got as Xmas gift and they wont take back.

I learned how to centerpin fish with this reel, cast and better float fishing technique. I have caught 2 fish on this reel so far, 1 brown and 1 rainbow. This reel was perfectly fine for fighting the fish. The 10lb rainbow I caught on it resulted in a 15minute fight.Amazing reel for the money. I love it so much I bought a nice neoprene case for it to keep it clean and safe when travelling.I'm not sure when I'll upgrade to a name brand reel, this one is doing the trick so far and is giving me no issues. I may just upgrade the bearings one day to let the pin spin easier.

Excellent
