Received with 24 hours of order. Same as original equipment. Easy to program to original collar.

This was a replacement and was easy to program. Downfall is the battery isn’t replaceable. The product works well and the company is good to work with. Easy to use.

For the price I decided to continue with the product and bought a replacement for the handheld remote, this was the third one that stopped working, the last one lasted a few months. My latest, while on charge for a couple of hours melted and potentially could have burned down the house. Buy a better brand and avoid potentially disastrous results.

Works as it should but replacement did not come with a strap or clip.

was about to return but a reviewer down there was helpful! after 20 minutes i got it to pair! make sure you’re turning collar OFF then ON and wait the 16 seconds, i finally heard the beep so then i pushed “shock “ after and now it is paired 👍🏼

Once I figured out how to pair the new transmitter to the old collar it worked like a dream!

I saw a lot of reviews saying they couldn’t get it to synchronize with old collars… but it worked for me… tidbits of info… in the 3rd part the power button is still the power button on the collar, and on the 4th the “stimulation” button is the shock button. Also I heard no long beep… but it worked!
