CarbThin HealthSmart Foods ZeroCarb Soy Protein Bake Mix Vanilla

I bought their chocolate flavor of this. I really, really, really liked the chocolate. It tasted like eating chocolate cake. I just made the pancakes, albeit. However, I ordered the vanilla and it falls apart and it tastes nothing like the chocolate consistency. I don't really know it's different, but I prefer the chocolate.

I love this product it’s exactly what I need when craving things that are not healthy. It’s easy to make and taste great! I will always be a faithful client!

No directions included (!) so I used a traditional pancake from baking mix recipe with milk and eggs.... terrible glop that would not even cook through ... down the garbage disposal it went!

I am so unbelievably pleased with this so far. I made pancakes and they were delicious. I will try cookies next. I have a good feeling about them too. I'm really surprised how good it tastes!

Got product on time and in good condition! A little flat when making pancakes but adding low carb goodies to the mix, makes it better!

Terrible. Please don't waste your money. Mix never got firm for me to even flip the pancake. More like a gelatin texture. Will not purchase again.

Waffles are BOMB. Cookies are terrible... We'll worth it for a Carb cheat though! :-)

Don't expect to make pancakes with this
