Minimal packaging and silent operation
I bought this fan to replace a faulty one on one of my 3D printers and I am happy to say that these will be my new go to as others I have tried haven't lasted long. This fitted as a direct replacement for the right hand fan on my Anycubic i3 Mega hot end box but the ends did need soldering to fit a new connector. Its incredibly quiet compared to my last one and if your mind gets distracted you can forget its on so keep that in mind.I would recommend if you are ever replacing the hot end on your printer (which you likely will) because the hotbox will be removed to give the fan a little clean to remove any dust and hopefully extend the life cycle.I guess time will tell on performance later on down the line but so far so good and i am scoring this good value for money even though its a lot more pricier than some.

Really nice fan
Bought this replace the two 60mm PWM Delta fans in my HP 800 G1 USDT.This is a really nice and quiet fan that shifts a reasonable amount of air. It's definitely not 11dbA - based on other fans I have I'd put it closer to 18dbA ish. With the chassis fan left as stock and the CPU fan replaced with the XR-1, the G3220 idled at 35*C and peaked at 65*C in Prime95. This wasn't quite enough when I upgraded to an i5-4590S though, so I replaced the CPU fan with the quieter rear fan and put the XR-1 at the back - this was sufficient to keep it at 85*C in Prime95 (note that few programs will load the CPU as heavily as this one).I also bought an XR-2 which was originally to go in the CPU fan spot, but I found it intolerably loud and it barely made a difference in CPU temperature versus the XR-1. So I'd recommend avoiding that one.

Expensive but very quiet
I bought this to replace the aeroplane engine of a fan on my 3D printer. It works perfectly, it completely transformed the printer and i didn't need to change any of the other fans. I fitted this to an ANYCUBIC I3 Mega S and with this size fan it fits as a direct exchange for the stock fan, you just have to solder the connectors as the stock connector doesnt fit with this one. It is a bit expensive for a fan but the brand has lived up to its reputation.

Great Fan with good airflow
I bought this to replace my Ender 3 mainboard fan. I needed to use a buck converter as this is 12v and my psu is 24vHowever it's super silent and gives a good amount of airflow for it's size!

Great inaudible fans although not at 12V
I bought these to replace the rocket launcher audible fans that my Ender 3 V2 had from stock. It was a painstaking process because you have to solder wires and use buck converters but in the long run it's worth it.Now for the fans themselves, they are very good. Good and solid fans that actually convert normal air to cool air. And above all - ridiculously quiet, the printer is in my bedroom and I barely can hear it.However, the reason for my 4 stars is that having the buck converters at 12V (as the fans are supposedly rated at that) there is barely any air flow. I found I had to increase the voltage rating to at least 18V to get a decent flow rate. They do become a little louder at higher voltages but even in my bedroom they are still quiet. My only fear is that they'll break down faster than they're supposed to because of the higher voltage but only time will tell...Overall though, great fans IF you run them at a higher voltage.

Too quiet
It's too quiet. Since I have installed it on my printer, I don't hear it running anymore. I always have to look to check that. I also don't hear whether the machine is heating up anymore. Before, I could hear the fan speed change when I turned on bed or hot end heating. Not anymore, I have to look at the display of the printer to see whether it received the signal. And the cable is too short for installation on a direct drive cold end. That's the reason for one star less. Oh yes the long-time test is still going on, but I think the air volume moved is sufficient.

Great little fan, fairly quiet and good price
Great fan, nice an quiet, great price and well packaged. Used to upgrade the hot end fan on my Anycubic Mega S, perfect fit but you do have to cut the cable off the old fan and solder o to this one. This is also a 3 pin fan so you need to cut off the white cable and just use the red and black as there is no speed control on the printer. With this and a stepper driver upgrade I can now sit in the same room as the printer when it’s printing and hear myself think! Going to also replace some other fans and would certainly consider noiseblocker fans for these if they do the right sizes.

Wears out in 6 months - AVOID!
The fan works fine at first but after 6 months it gets noisy because it is wearing out.Only a few buyers come back on Amazon to post feedback when a product has worn out and there are quite a few with this product so I suspect it happens with everybody.
