This is the 3rd of Shad's books that I have read, having discovered him a few years ago. I love the way he breaks up his writing with many sub-titles in each chapter. It makes it so much easier to read and to find a stopping place. This book is required reading for anyone who wants to take their life up a notch. You can put his suggestions easily into practice, without having to spend dollars and hours with a psychotherapist or counsellor.

This is not a new book. However, I have shared it with patients for many years . I am a counselor and wanted to insure I had at least one extra copy which I why I bought this one.

The book had been highlighted in which I feel should have been mentioned in the description and wasn't. Other then that the book is in good shape.

Wasn't sure at first about whether this was something I should read but after getting into it and finishing it...WOW....I'm telling everyone in my team that they NEED to read this. If you are in an Arbonne group already or considering to join, please take the time to read this book, it will change your life and truly be a gift to share with others.
