Really Useful BoxPlastic Storage 64 Litre White Strong

We use this storage primarily for our recycling. The box is well made and sturdy, easy to clean, and feels like it will be durable. The lid locks on well. After two months of use, we’re happy with the product.

A box from a company that is well named as it makes very useful products.I have many boxes of varying sizes from this company. All of them have impressed me as they are very sturdy, well designed and good value.This particular box is from their ‘strong’ range and is a beefier version of their standard 64 litre box. First impressions are that the plastic it is made from is different to the standard range - it seems thicker and less brittle. The box felt exceptionally sturdy. Generally across all manufacturers l have found that the lid is what cracks and breaks but again here, the lid felt exceptionally well built.The colour is a milky white and you cannot see through it.Having had this a few months and packed it with heavy tools and placed several heavy boxes on top of it the box remains in perfect condition.This stronger version is considerably more expensive than the standard box and personally l am not sure that it is worth it for the simple reason that the standard boxes are so well made that l don’t really see the need for a strengthened version other than if you are storing things which are either very heavy or very valuable.I cannot fault this box as it does exactly what it sold as, however for me the price is a little steep and l will buy the standard versions in future,

At first I thought this item was quite expensive but when it arrived I realised it was good value for moneyAs i wanted a storage box that was large and sturdyThis item ticks both those boxesI would recommend this product

Nice and sturdy, doesn't feel like it'd break if it was accidentally dropped.

Lid locking handles broke

A few years ago, I bought a 35 litre extra strong box and half filled it with papers and booksI put it on top of another 35 litre really useful box which was emptyWhen I looked at the extra strong box today, the bottom had curved downwards due to the weight it was carrying. It now wobbles when I put it on the floorThese extra strong boxes are supposed to be good at holding heavyish weights, but they can't even hold books and papers for a few years without saggingIf you need to hold something heavy, don't use them. Use a titanium or solid wood box instead
