Quality product.
Every Keith titanium product I have purchased I have been extremely satisfied. Bought this for my wife who is a serious loose leaf tea drinker. Strainer is excellent as the holes are not too large to let particles through yet allows proper steeping. Yes the walls get a little hot but not so hot you can't hold the cup or drink from it...at least for my wife and myself.

Quality titanium but design could be improved
I own 30 to 40 pieces of titanium cook and drinkware from Snow Peak, Evernew, Keith and Vargo. I like this 450mill/15.9oz size for drinking any beverage. The dimensions of this cup are narrower and taller than the snow peak 450 double wall mug which is a plus because it fits in my car’s cupholder in is more comfortable to grasp in the hand and provides a secure grip. It’s almost identical in diameter to the snow peak 300 double wall mug. The downside to this mug is that the distance between The inner and outer walls are such that if you were to pour hot water in for tea and immediately hold the mug it’s almost hot enough that you’d want to put it down and let it cool for a minute or two. Not a big deal, but Snow Peaks mugs have virtually no heat transfer. Liquid still stays hot plenty long especially when using the lid, I just use the titanium lid to slow cooling and I prefer the titanium rim to the silicone when it comes to drinking. Lastly, From my limited use of the strainer for tea - It functions adequately, I use for yerba maté . You won’t be using this for coffee as the holes are far too small to allow for proper transfer. Keith titanium quality seems to be on par with Snow Peak and Evernew.

It is a bit dangerous
Despite having a double wall, this mug gets hot on the outside from the get go and the fact that the mug has hardly any insulation means that it gets too hot to carry . Then, the infuser has such small holes (a good thing), that it displaces the water before the water has time to enter the infuser and the displaced water flows out thru the hole in the top and down your hands, and I have burned myself 3 times already because of that with water flowing over my fingers and hand. As an infuser it works quite well though, just be very careful. for the price you would think it would be perfect.

Expensive but worth it.
I own several “Keith” cups/mugs. Very well made & incredibly cool looking!! Also functions perfectly.

Well constructed but does need a few improvements
It’s certainly well made but the double wall construction needs improvement as the outside gets hot quickly - more so than say a snow peak double wall. The tea filter also needs more holes to allow better flavor dispersion.Other then that it does work good when the liquid cools down and your on the go. The cap it comes with it’s super convenient to ensure it doesn’t spill.Very easy to clean! Would love if Keith came up with a stand alone coffee / tea filter I could put over my cup to do slow pours.

Serves its function
Works really well for finely ground tea, the holes are a tiny bit small for other forms of tea. But it is a niche item. And I do love my titanium.

Designing double walls are a bit hard
Keeps temperature consistent for a very long time but the walls are a bit too close together so if you put boiling hot liquids in it you will feel it.

Ok
Steeps tea, or can just be used as a travel mug. However the lid does not seal very tight and would certainly come off if dropped or even fell over. Also, not well insulated as a hot drink will warm your hands.
