Bluetooth Garage Door Opener Remote Compatible with Most Garage Door Openers, Open and Close Garage Doors with iPhone Android Phone

This product worked great until it died a few days ago, less than a year old. It would activate from the end of our long drive, worked on the first try every time. Good product. A few days ago it just stopped connecting. I've tried resetting it, deleting and reinstalling the app. Unplugging it for a few hours. Nothing works. The app recognizes it by model #, but when you try to input the password, it just says can't connect, try again.UPDATE:After a few communication emails, the company is sending out an upgraded replacement. EXCELLENT customer service. And if this new one works as well as the last one, it deserves a five star rating.

Instructions weren't easy to follow but it worked for two days. I think I got the installation correct because, like I've said twice, it worked for two days.Would've been a great product if it lasted at least two years.Refund was processed with no gruff.

I installed the device, and the manual test was successful. I installed RQ Door app for IOS (current version 3.1.1), and here is where the problem started. The app would find the device but freeze when creating the user. The error message was “Check name” without further details or instructions.TO MAKE IT WORK… close the iPhone keyboard BEFORE clicking "Confirm".After entering the admin password, click confirm. After filling in the user fields, click the keyboard “Done” button FIRST, then click “Confirm”. After many failed attempts, this is how the user creation was finally successful. Following this workaround, I was able to repeat the process successfully on the first try on an additional device.Good luck.

Installation was a breeze (red to red and black to black wires). I had to use set/reset pin several times before the door was activated (save pin and instructions with password code). I connected directly to the wall switch in the back of the garage. So far, it works great. You have to be in the driveway so Bluetooth can connect. I guess range would improve if the receiver was towards the front of the garage, but I was too lazy to run wires to the front. We connected two android phones first, and then turned their Bluetooth off when connecting to two apple phones. No problem since February 16, 2019.

I liked the idea of this device, simple bluetooth, not wifi, to open the door. I have so many electronic devices emitting RF interference that my opener rarely worked, so I had hoped this would fit the bill. It was missing the small pin to insert in the test/reset hole so I had to go on a hunt for an elusive paperclip mid-install. After physically installing the device per instructions, I proceeded to download the Android app and the playstore informed me it only works on older versions of Android. So I recommend confirming the versions that work with this before buying.

The app is so slow to open and load that it is almost faster to just get out of my truck and use the wall mounted opener. Has great range when it works.

I bought this product to more easily open a garage door. Wiring the device and setting up the App were so simple. The Bluetooth opener works flawlessly.

Dear SirI bought the product 2 times via Amazon, it's working via Bluetooth, I have LiftMaster 1/2hp Garage Door Opener. I connected the device in the garage door control panel.Question: my garage door I open it via RQ door IOS application by one click, but I need to do 2 time click to close the door, the first click will close part of the door about 60 cm then the door will return to open, the second click will close door without return?Do you have a solution for that please?
