Sub Pop USA: The Subterraneanan Pop Music Anthology, 1980 1988

This book is nothing more than a treasure detailing a short, but important, time in music history. Mainly a journal of photos, the images tell the story of portion of Nirvana’s 1989 European tour with TAD titled “Heavier Than Heaven.” The author Bruce Pavitt, also known as the co-founder of Sun Pop, clearly had an intuition to take so many concert images along with random candid shots. The book is beautiful, packed with information, and a must have.
