We use these on our bird feeders to stop seed dropping on the ground which then attracts pigeons. They work great for this purpose and have not rusted in the rain, good quality stainless steel, I’m sure it works fine as a flour sieve but the mesh is not the finest and the finish is not as good as others we have bought previously (rough metal edges) but they are still worth the money.

Way way too small holes for a normal sieve! No use for sieving almonds for Macaron!
