It works so good especially for the price! I stick it to my body mirror that hangs on the back of my bathroom door and it has been there for about a month without moving with kids running in and out of the bathroom taking it off I have the base and putting it back on etc. At first I was concerned that the light was kind of Damn then I realized I was using half dead batteries once I put brand new batteries in it it is super bright LOL not to the point where irritates her eyes but just to wear it illuminates your skin perfectly! I use it for applying make up and occasionally tweezing an eyebrow hair here and there that is out of control would definitely recommend this product I am actually happy I bought it instead of one of the $70 make up mirrors that are large and bulky it is so nice that it just sticks to the mirror right in front of your face at first I was concerned that the light was kind of damn then I realize I was using half dead batteries once I put brand new batteries in it it is super bright LOL not to the point where irritates her eyes but just to wear at lumen ate your skin perfectly! I wish I'd read the details better before buying this. That's my fault. Here's the issue I have-- It's a very small mirror that's magnified 10x so you must get quite close to it for it to become 'clear'. That said, the ring of light around the small mirror you must get face to face with is so blindingly bright I see spots for a while after moving away. If you're looking at one eye your other eye is right next to the light. A couple more inches would fix this but I understand it's supposed to be a travel mirror. I don't know...I kept it and I use it from time to time. I preferred it much more when the batteries began to die and the light dimmed some, but that was short-lived. I never have used the suction so I don't feel I can take stars away from something I haven't tried but based on the overall quality of everything else, I'm assuming it's fine. I'm on the look-out for a larger mirror, obviously. I think it will be a brick and mortar store purchase. All in all, it's not a bad little mirror.

“360°Rotation & Powerful Suction Cup“I’ve had this product for almost 2 years. It’s been great up to now. I take it with me when I travel. The. When I return home I place it back up on my mirror in the bathroom. Recently the suction cup and connector broke. Wish I could get a replacement part for it.

I purchased this mirror for traveling. I have a magnifying mirror installed in my bathroom that I use every day. While planning for an extended stay European vacation, I decided to purchase this mirror for a few reasons.1. It is compact, so it will fit in my luggage2. It is lighted, I do not know the lighting situation I will be in while traveling and the light feature is helpful to my 50+ year old eyes, and3. It is battery operated, I will not have to worry about the different plug configuration and convertersI have used it several days in my bathroom and the light and magnification rival the installed mirror.I cannot think of any cons...it does what it says it does for a reasonable price.When I return from my adventures, if my opinion changes, I will update this review.I have been using this mirror daily since I got it. I am updating the review because I received the $15 Amazon Gift Card yesterday. That makes this an even better buy. Other reviewers indicated they didn't get the gift card. I wrote my review, waited a few days to get the email that it was posted, took a screen print of it and sent the screen print to Vimdiff. The next day I got an email with the gift card link! AWESOME!

Suction is very strong and positioning tension holds exactly at the angle you place it. The light is bright enough considering it's battery powered. The size is perfect for framing up the portion of your face your focused upon and magnification level is exactly what is needed for working at about 8 inches distance. Its mount brings it about 4 inches away from the surface (assumedly a larger mirror), so add that to your mirror surface (if it's flush to a wall or on a vanity cabinet) to determine how far in you'll have to lean over your vanity cabinet surface to get within 8 inches of the mirror for good focus. Once I started shaving and grooming using this I rarely use the main mirror it's attached to. It's a little too large for me to pack for travel and I know I'll really miss it on long trips.

I recommend getting 10x magnification for eyelash perms, tints & extensions and 1x or 2x for makeup. If you're just touching up your eyebrows and tweezing stray hairs, this magnification level is perfect. However, if you're changing the shape of your eyebrows you may want a lesser magnification level or even no magnification so you can see both eyebrows at the same time, otherwise you may end up with asymmetrical brows.I was worried because one reviewer complained the LED light wasn't bright enough, but I think they received a faulty mirror or used bad batteries because I found mine to be the right amount of brightness. If it were any brighter it would strain my eyes.My one complaint is I wish the stem of the mirror was longer so I wouldn't have to prop it up on boxes for it to reach eye level, but it's not really intended as a desk mirror so I didn't take any stars off for that.I haven't used the suction feature so I can't comment on that, but for the price this mirror is amazing. Believe it or not, I prefer this over the $200 simplehuman mirror.

I purchased the mirror because of the great reviews; but I must say I was disappointed. Not worth the money. The suction doesn’t work & it doesn’t get all that bright. The mirror itself isn’t bad, but I still wouldn’t purchase again.
