Screws aren't tight.
First order came without the screws that hold the 4 tiers together. Obviously would not work at all and required customer service email to get new hardware. New hardware came but the screws do not fit tightly into the holes making tiers wobbly. We had to wrap them in tape to make them snug and are considering having to glue them in! Not trusting that they'll hold through the wedding reception. The tiers themselves are very pretty but no good if they are tipping and wobbly.

Horrible item,completely useless without the screws to hold it together.
I ordered this for my daughters wedding, it came with no screws to put it together. The top tier was supposedly 7 inches, it wasn’t even 3inches, do not trust any of the measurements that are listed none of them are accurate.

Only two tiers work!!!!
This is only a two tier stand with the hardware provided. Bert disappointed as I purchased to use for cupcakes for a graduation and couldn’t use all four tiers.☹️
