It work perfectly. The image is super clear and crisp and the 7 inch screen is just perfect not like other 5 inch that you can't see any details. Just once had a issue with the connection that was resolve, after that zero problem. The only downside of this equipment is that is very fragile, I don't think it will survive one fall. Also the application is super cool having recorded a lot of video and picture of my baby when she's playing alone. Im Very pleased with this product.

We bought this monitor set after friends of ours told us it was the best one they have had. Boy did we have the opposite experience.Ours NEVER, and I mean NEVER stays connected to our children’s monitors in their rooms. It worked okay for the first few months but has gotten worse and worse over time. Every night one or the other (and sometimes both) disconnects and we’re forced to find ways to get it back reconnected in the middle of the night causing us to lose sleep and deal with it. The product says range of 1000 feet but we can’t get it to connect from one foot away some days. Our sons room is directly above ours and is disconnects more than the other with maybe 12-15 feet of distance from viewing screen to monitor.We’ve tried WiFi and direct connection and nothing. I’ve emailed and contacted Vtech countless times to NOT ONCE be responded to. I couldn’t be more disappointed in the lack of response/service from Vtech ahead of how poor the unit actually works. Oh and then out of the blue one day, the kickstand on the back just decided to disintegrate off the back so now it doesn’t even stand up.What a nightmare of a purchase. Will not be purchasing anything from Vtech for our family or a gift ever again.

This is a quality camera set for babies. We use ours for our live-in elderly man with Alzheimer's. We had been using ours 24/7 all year, but I wouldn't suggest using it 24/7. We have noticed the battery life is very short if you constantly use it like we did. I'm sure it works great for part-time use for babies. We love the large monitor display and the whole system is versatile. Like that you can download an application to your phone.Bought 3 of these for use around the house.

As a mother of 3 boys, I’ve had my fair share of baby monitors. This is by far the best one we’ve had! Easy to set up, the sound quality is amazing, it connects easily, the picture quality is outstanding, the night vision looks like it’s day, and it’s durable!

I waited to review this baby monitor until I was able to use it for an extended period of time. Overall I really like this monitor. The screen is big and bright. We got the two camera system which makes traveling a breeze. One we keep connected and set up at home and the other is our travel camera. I like that you have the option to connect to secure Wi-Fi or connect directly to one another if you don’t have the option for Wi-Fi. I would say 90% of the time we have no issues and have a clear screen. The other 10% random times the screen will go glitchy or randomly drop connection. This may be due to location and how many walls are in between the camera and monitor. It could also be a Wi-Fi connectivity issue. Again it doesn’t happen often but when it does, it’s a little frustrating. As for battery life, we can use the monitor unplugged all day for naps but do have to plug it in overnight because the battery doesn’t last that long. Being able to turn off the LCD screen is nice and does save some battery for you. Overall a really good camera and monitor.

I love this - it’s not crazy fancy like some of the other systems out there, but I LOVE how big the handheld screen is. It’s much bigger than I expected it to be. I also love that if I leave that in another room, I can just check it out on my phone, which was super easy to connect. My only weird caveat is that the microphone is almost TOO sensitive. If the volume is up on the device (even if the screen is off), you can hear the dogs barking or people talking in the hallway and it’s almost like the house is echoing. I’ve learned to make sure the volume is turned all the way down before going into the room to get her up from her nap. For the longest time we couldn’t figure out where the echo was coming from 😂

We purchased the 1 camera version of this when our daughter was born in 2020 and LOVED it. Now that baby #2 is on the way, we wanted a 2 camera version. Originally, we bought the latest and greatest version of it from Target, thinking it could only be better then what we had, and it was horrendous. Terrible quality. We then searched for an older version in the 2 camera style and landed here on Amazon. Overall, this one is very similar to what we had in quality, but there are 3 small features we miss terribly about our older/1 camera version. The older camera came with a Type C charging port making it convenient to charge anywhere in the house with a simple phone charger. This version has a barrel_type connector, so not as universal. We will be stuck to the one charging cable that comes with it. Secondly, the kickstand on the back of the camera is not as good. It is smaller and off to the side so it is does not feel as stable as our old one. Additionally, our old one had 3 stopping points the kickstand would stop at, allowing you to adjust the angle based on the surface in which you are placing it. This new one only has 1 angle, making it very tough to sit on the couch qnd have the camera not fall over. Lastly, the old camera had an external mic, and this one is integrated. I feel the integrated mic is not as great at picking up sounds. I feel myself straining to hear the noises on the lowest volume. I problem I previously did not have.I mention these 3 things because the photos shown of the item have images that show the external mic, show a type c charging port and show the old kickstand (the new one is flush, there is not a Ridge at the hinge). Thus, they clearly are using older images for some small (but important) feature changes. Amazon may not even be aware of the changes. Vtech may not have thought they were that important to change, however, we were specifically looking for the 2 camera version of what we had and are needing to settle with something not as good.

Como referencia solo tuvimos antes un monitor motorola y era un caos. Retroceso, desconexión, pésima nitidez, entre otras cosas. Justo todo lo que este monitor no tiene. Super recomendado, lo compraria y recomendaria con los ojos cerrados.

El único detalle que existe es que después de algunos meses el monitor no carga y debe estar conectado a la corriente eléctrica. Todo lo demás funciona muy bien

I bought this baby monitor to check my new born when I am not in room. The camera quality is great. The monitor works well even at basement. I can have two way talk and pacify my baby as required.
