Q: Is this product sticky on the back so it can be reused?

It is sticky on the back. If you are using wording when taking the stencil off it may mess up the form. Good luck

Q: Can it be used for sandblast etching?

I've used it for glass etching. I really like this product for the price. I've had really good luck with it.

Q: does this adhere to glass? Can it be used for glass etching?

I’m not sure. I would thing it could adhere to glass and be removed fairly easy. I have no idea about the glass etching though.
