Sauce,Tangy Lemon Caper (pack of 2).

Love this sauce use it on fish all the time but it is a little expensive.

Wanted to try adding white fish Mahi To my prep meals and wanted a great flavor to complement it. This is a great find and is a delicious topper.

I really enjoy this marinade. I am trying to eat more salmon and other fish and this takesthe fishy out of fish. The taste of the lemon and capers is superb. I put on the fish before cooking in the oven and then I add more to my vegetables and everything on my plate as it is served.

My grocery stopped carrying my favorite lemon sauce for fish and I am glad they did. This sauce has so much flavor but doesn’t take over. I highly recommend!

We LOVE this sauce on fish - any kind of fish. I recommend putting it on *after* you bake/broil, because it 1) can get smoky in the oven, and 2) it tends to separate when it’s heated. Much better if it’s poured over the fish just out of the oven.(I often make broccoli and smashed potatoes with fish, and any extra sauce on the plate can get folded into the potatoes, or dunk the broccoli in; delish.)

The Brasswell Tangy Lemon Caper sauce is absolutely delicious and I have ordered it from Amazon before. Today, however, I received another shipment and I get a totally different bottle, different packaging and label description. This one has an black cap/wrap and only says lemon caper sauce. Definitely not what I ordered or expected. Contacted Amazon and they, as always, were gracious about handling this issue. Make sure if you order this item, it is the one with the beautiful packaging with the tie and wrapping on its top and the label clearly says Tangy Lemon Sauce.
