Doesn’t hold a charge
The product I received didn’t work. There’s 4 lights to tell you the charge, and I charged it for 12 hours and still only the first light was blinking. I unplugged it to see if it would charge my phone at all (to see if it the battery held even a bit of charge) and my phone didn’t charge. I tried turning on the flashlight on the battery and that didn’t work either. So basically I received a battery that can’t hold a charge...

Great product and great customer service
This product is great for on the go people, especially women, because it fits into my purse perfectly, and doesn't take up alot space. It charges up pretty fast. I went from 1% to 46% in about 30 mins. Also, the people are great. If you have any questions or concerns, my experience was very positive. I hope you have a positive experience as well. Oh, I have a Samsung Galaxy s5. I haven't tried it on my Galaxy Tab yet. Will let you know if things change.UPDATE: I cannot use my Galaxy s5 when I'm using this portable charger. I had my friend and play daughter, who both have a Galaxy Note 5, and they had the same problem. Just a side note. I'm not currently using mine that much because I'm always using my phone.

DISHONEST ADVERTISING! Not 2 Amp.
This power bank does not have 2Amp output as it says in the discription. I received it today and package itself says 1Amp output which is not enough current for my phone. I tried it anyway and, sure enough, it will not charge my Galaxy S5 Active. Blatantly dishonest Advertising.

Power bank doesn’t hold charge when not in use
The device doesn’t hold the charge for long, when not in use. I hate that I can’t charge the power bank while it charge my phone. It’s one or the other, it can’t be done simultaneously like other power banks that I own.
