Ive been looking for foot pressure mats and almost gave up until I found this. I didnt expect much out of the product to be honest. It does hurt at first but it gets refreshing after you get used to it. I like to do acupressure on my feet whenever I can and it really relieves stiff muscles. Compared to other acupressure mats Ive used(made out of rubber), this one is very sturdy and it seems easy to clean(cause when time goes by dust & dirt get trapped in between the pressure points ew). Its a bit pointier than the one Ive used but sooo refreshing! I totally dont regret buying this. MUST buy if youre looking for pressure mats. Thanks nemoyard(:

People complaining about it hurting, well thats kinda the point. Once you get past that(and thats the goal in my opinion) it takes about 5 minutes, it goes from a bit of pain to addictive. You do get used to it and could use more!

Got these for my husband who has had serious trouble with his plantar fascia & he loves it. After walking on the mats, he is able to walk around without pain. It's only a temporary fix, of course but it has helped.

Girlfriend and I bought this after seeing it on Running man. I put it near the kitchen where I usually eat and find it very therapeutic after long days of wearing heavy boots and doing heavy work on my feet all day. Our friends love to come over and step on it to massage their feet.

This is exactly what I wanted and they stimulate the feet! Please note if your feet are not toughened to a degree this may take some time getting used to.Great Buy! I am going to purchase more in the future.

The pads have done great things for our feet. When you first step on, do it gently. As your feet improve you will notice the difference and experience HAPPY feet!

I'm a total "foot person" when it comes to the bottoms. I LOVE THIS MAT.It's the right type of plastic/rubber mix. Strong enough to withstand the weight when you stand on it but not so hard that it pierces your flesh.

Feels great on my feet. It massages them well. It hurts at first but you will get used to it. After a long tiring day, step on this for a couple of minutes. You will feel rejuvenated.
