Works as described.Very strong, very sturdy pull up bar.Easy to assemble, no slip.I am 85kg and it can easily take all my weight even if I on purpose try to bring it down.

I'm training at home during the lock down for Covid 19 and perform callesthenics. I need a solid bar to hold my rings and to practice levers in a confined space and this bar fits the bill perfectly. I'm just over 80kg and wear a 10kg weighted vest whilst using the bar and it doesn't budge.The only real con is that wide grip pull ups are not possible, but the range at the edge of the door frame is still pretty good with this.It is perfect for front levers on its own. Add a set of rings and you can perform inverted rows, flys, forward extensions and holds, ring push ups, dips, plenty to fill a challenging workout.One significant added bonus of this is that it can also be set low in the doorframe, where I can trap my heels and perform kneeling extensions to stretch and work my hamstrings, work my lower back and glutes.This is a rock solid bar. A no brainer for the price

This works perfectly and was easy to set up. It only took me about five minutes to get it secured in my door frame. I’m only 5’1 and am pretty light, so it supports me with ease. My only concern would be that I doubt it would be able to support a fully grown adult as it doesn’t feel sturdy enough.

A decent pull-up bar but be careful as you can damage the door frame if you make it too tight and the wood / paintwork is vulnerable.

I actually got this for my little girl to do tricks on and she absolutely loves it! It supports our weight but more importantly takes her swinging about like a monkey on it 😂Great buy for good price

Fantastic bar, better than the one i just gave to my nephew as he was enjoying doing pull ups on his recent visits and using mine.Very sturdy, using in a bedroom doorframe , i am only 10.5 stone though, 6 foot and built like a roll up , so i dont expect it to come crashing down with my weight (or lack thereof)Would recommend for all ages 👍

is not safe dont buy it gum thing at the ends just slipped when my daughter was exercising is no matter how hard is fitted ( i had mind fitted by professional) NOT SAFE
