It really works!
I used this on my Canon TR8620 and it worked like a charm. All but two jets were working poorly or not at all. I ended up cleaning four jets, all except the main jet for PGBK, which sees by far the most use. I used one 20ml syringe full, 5ml per jet. Now the nozzle check looks perfect. A few suggestions: (1) Change the paper towel under the printhead for every 5-10ml of solution you squirt through the jets. I ended up soaking the highly porous sponge like material under the paper towel. I actually took that out and rinsed it out. (2) The yellow adapter does not really fit over the smaller jets. I had to hold it firmly in place or most solution would have leaked. As I expect to use this again in the future for the same printer (3) please provide refill bottles for the solution. I would hate to needlessly buy all those plastic parts again and through the old ones in the trash.

Awesome results
My print head was totally clogged. This product was able to fully open up my print head. Would recommend 100%

It's not just the cleaning kit...its the methodology to clean the printer.
This kit along with the online video instructions worked perfectly to fix my printer. This probably saved me about $300 because I had just bought new inkjet cartridges which I wouldn't be able to use with a new printer that I would have to buy. When using the kit don't be stingy on using the cleaning fluid. Go ahead and use it all in the process.

CLEARS THE CLOGGED INK LINES
One ink color in my printer was clogged. I followed the specific instructions and was able to clear it up. It works, but I believe the manufacturer skimps on the amount of solution used to clean the lines.

Really Failed!
I purchased this kit to resolve a print issue with my HP Officejet Pro. The blue ink jet was not printing enough ink to allow proper color printing. So I tried to use this kit to resolve this issue. I tried cleaning the jets, but it did nothing for the blue. So, I heated the solution as suggested, and tried clearing the blue jet with warm solution, but no luck. I also allowed the solution to sit on the blue jet for three days. Still no luck! The other thing I found is you had better hold the adaptors in place or they slip right off when trying to push the solution from the supplied syringe, which makes a mess. I do not know what the oily surfactant solution is that is used in this kit, but it seemed like isopropyl alcohol worked better at dissolving died ink at the areas where the ink cartridges connected into the print head cradle. From my experience, this kit was a waste of money.

Missing items needed to properly use kit
My delivery was missing parts. I was able to eventually clean my printer enough to use it for a print job that I needed in a hurry. A part that was missing caused me to use the ones I did get incorrectly. This made a messy, and wasteful cleaning experience. The pictures of everything included in the box, are right on the side of the box. I instantly knew what I didn't get. I don't want a refund. Lesson learned.

Seems too good to be true, but it isn't.
I was skeptical, but it's $20 versus $350 for a new printer, so I figured I'd try it on my Canon G7020 mega-tank.Getting the printheads out was easy, and pumping the cleaning solution through them only took about 4 minutes per nozzle. Although the instructions say to wait 24 hours before turning the printer back on, video reviews seemed to indicate that's not necessary. It wasn't in my case. Printer heads reinstalled in a snap, and once reconnected, the ink flush routine filled the lines back up. See the video about the shortened ink flush cycle! My G7020 is printing almost as good as new now. Hope I can get another 3 years out of it!

Solved my problem of “printhead error” HP 8625
Worked a treat. Watched the YT video, and followed the package directions.Since the printer was more or less “bricked”, could not run any diagnostics reports.Following YT directions, ran 10ml through each c/m/y/k ink orifice two times, and cleaned up the printhead external. Got a few satisfying “puddles of mud” that presumably were the main clogs.Bottom line, printer is now happy and printed a good “quality report”.
