I am using this valve along with digital socket timer to water my plants at different intervals. The product is serving the purpose. It is good.

The build quality is good. Only it didn't ome with installation manual or any indication on which direction to connect. I assumed any direction should work and just connected and it couldn't stop the water for normal tap pressure. I was thinking the tap is faulty. After trial and error fitted the tap in right direction and it started working as expected. The length of the wire could be little longer as we may need to join it with another wire otherwise and may be exposed to water.

Water leakage even after the value is closed, I set up this value with a timer during my tour, however, when I come back all my terrace plants died and understand that over-head tank water was empty within a short duration as the value is not closed even it is not switched on!. I set the timer for a minute! however, water was flowing 24/7!.It was working perfectly for one month so I have purchased the same product once again! but I haven't used it.

I used to control the flow of water to a tank. Like all solenoid valve (I think) it produces a humming sound. Heats up a little. Don't allow it to remain on for long time, I think.

Humming noise is there.Get hots within five to ten minutes if water flow is not there.
