These bolts will break if you apply too much torque while installing it, or if you put too much weight on the chair. I broke the head clean off of one while tightening it, and another while putting tension on the rope to secure it. Replace the mounting hardware, and it's great for kids.

Our daughter loves this swing but unfortunately the air pillow had a slow leak within the first month. The patches worked for a while but it was useless within a few weeks. The bottom zipper malfunctioned as well. She still climbs into it but it’s not what we’d hoped for. Have reached out with our concerns and sent the pictures they requested. Have not heard back from the company to remedy.

This is an awesome product from a great company. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it is made of high quality materials and was easy to install. Best of all my kids love it! I had a minor cosmetic issue, I contacted to company and it was fixed within 2 days. Awesome communication!

These are amazing! I bought 2. The colors are vibrant! My one complaint is, is that when my kids sit in it it pushes their head forward and can kinda make it uncomfortable to sit. I only have 1 kid who complains about that though, and shes pretty tall. The other loves it.
