Do nut need a "gun"
A very good and handy 2 Ft Level . I see some comments about being out of level. If you are building a construction project and you think any 2 ft level is what you need, well I just have to laugh. Level and flatness are not the same thing. If anyone is doing a project that is having to meet industry standards go out and get yourself a real level and be prepared to spend 40 times more money.Or at least get an 4 to 8 ft level.I am putting in a new shower pan and this level works just fine. Shower is 32 inches by 48 inches.I am a professional Engineer and builder. I know what I am talking about.

Precise
I have 4 levels and this is the best one and probably the cheapest too. Buy it, you won't be disappointed! It is very accurate. The lines are exactly on either side of the bubble, so no worries that you are off. I also like how it has a window to view the level from the top of the level, not just the sides. It's my favorite level of them all. In fact, I have been putting this level on top of my longer levels to get a more accurate view.I am very pleased with the value, function, and shipping speed. A+++

This 2' level is designed and manufactured very good. Its aluminum frame makes it light
This 2' level is designed and manufactured very good. Its aluminum frame makes it light, easy to handle, and durable enough for construction use. The level vials are easy enough to read. When not in use, it is easy to hang for storage. I'm very satisfied with it.

Great tool
A very reasonably priced tool. This thing isn't the quality of a Stabila but it certainly isn't priced like one either. Very light weight, but it's metal so more durable than plastic. The ruler is handy too since it can be used as a straight edge. Perfect medium sized level for a homeowner or DIY type. Made in Thailand.

Great handy 2 foot level.
Just a basic 2 foot level from Stanley but it is light weight, sturdy to handle and use. For the price here on Amazon it is a steal. I would recommend to others, this level was bought after Christmas on a huge discount offered by Amazon then, about half off. Anyway it has markings and measurements in it and rubber ends to boot, and it does not scratch or get scrapes on it very easy which is good.

Very light and handy tool
l just used this thing all weekend to hang a bunch of pictures and other items on our walls, and I couldn't be happier. It has a measurement scale (both inches and centimeters) and three different water levels (90°, 180° and 45°). It's extremely light and well-balanced, so it doesn't stop you from holding or using other tools (e.g pencil, hammer, etc...)

Both level and ruler are incorrect
I gambled on this for $8.50 thinking i could save some money since it had decent reviews. However upon receiving this level, i was immediately disappointed in how flimsy it was.The entire i-beam twists with ease and it feels so lightly constructed with thin aluminum that it is clear one drop the wrong way will render it useless.BUT, i thought lets try it. Maybe its actually a fine level and it just needs to be babied a little. Wrong! I measured the horizontal level to be about 1/32 inch off across 24 inches. That's just enough to be annoyingly incorrect. And since a level's sole purpose in life is to be level, its a bad one.Secondly, the ruler is a joke. the marks are spaced correctly, meaning from the 1" marker to the 23" marker was dead on. But "zero" is not the end of the level. Stanley chose to use the end of the aluminum, sans end cap. So, i removed the end cap, and to my surprise, there is exactly 1/32" too much i-beam at zero, making the ruler read long. At least this thing is consistently wrong!Im considering returning it and spening more on an Empire which is a reasonably priced trustworthy level.measurement tools need to be accurate and durable enough to STAY accurate. Just spend a little more and gain some confidence in your measures.I'm giving it 1 extra star beyond the minimum due to price and the fact that there is competition under $10. But please spend more!
