Fits older shop vac nicely.

Didn't think I'd find bags to fit my Craftsman shop vac. These work.

I got the yellow (fine dust) version. Here are the dims:out of the box (louvers folded) height is 11.75" . 9.75" from center of hole to the bottom of the bag, exactly 2" from center of hole to the top of the bag. Width of the bag 31".The dia of the hard cardboard hole is exactly 2.5" (tight) and the rubber flange inside the cardboard cutout is 7/16" wide.As it is not quite 12" tall, there is a lot of vertical space under the bag in my Stanley vacuum, which this bag was obviously not designed for, but since Stanley has disavowed all knowledge of their vacuum, i'm stuck trying to use other brands. I'll find some kind of 8: plastic stand to put in the bottom of my vacuum for it.I dont know how to measure suction power on it without multiple bags and i certainly dont know what they mean by 'sheerness'.

Installation was a bit confusing until I realized there where some directions on it, went in with a little effort to get the center cylinder of the vacuum to seat inside the darn thing. Once it worked fine.

This is a regular duty bag for general use. It was difficult to find since most bags are for fine use. Seems over priced but is large and thick.

Even with fine dust and mouse droppings kept my vacuum clean

This is a well made bag and it was delivered as described. It did not fit my 16 gallon Craftsman Model 113.177778. I was a little disappointed in that. I will have to try it on another unit.

I ordered on May 12 and was supposed to receive them on the 14th, it took 5 days to arrive. Not a big issue, just to let others know. The major problem, is they are no where near the proper size to fit the 2 gallon Shop Vac. They are less than 1/2 the size and the opening is also less than 1/2 the size to fit on the vac. Measurement of the bag is 16.5 inches long by 7 inches wide. The opening is just under 1.5 inches diameter. I ignored the other negative reviews, but really, should have believed those that stated they were not the right product. I am returning them. Buyer beware, unless of course these measurements fit your shop vac.

These are made in China by Emerson Tool Company, whom I believe also manufactures the Multi-Fit filter bags that are sold at a lower cost. The Shop Vac bags are made in Vietnam and are of a higher quality for the same price.
