I was using the other brand earlier but due to lockdown, DHA supplements I couldn't had for 3 months.Later, I came to know about this product and i am taking for more than a month now and personally i feel much better in my joints especially Knees.People who are complaining about fishy burps has to understand that it is always recommended to have DHA supplements in your meal where there is more fat content.I take it in the night along with the milk and I dont get fishy burps.It is also cheaper compared to other Algae Oil with this much DHA so I am going to stick with it as it does the job at less price.

This is open cheating. It is fish oil. It is not at all vegetarian. No one should buy this product.

Isopropyl alcohol is used in banding solution of this capsule. Banding solution is used to bind capsule shells together so that the liquid doesn't leak. It's impossible to manufacture an HPMC capsule without using alcohol. However, Isopropyl alcohol is toxic only in large quantity. But if still you don't want to ingest it then consume the oil & discard the capsule shell, i.e., don't swallow the capsule at all. I am not giving a five star rating because the seller is hiding this information on Amazon that he is using Isopropyl alcohol. You only get to know it when you receive the package. When you use hand sanitizer then your skin absorbs Isopropyl alcohol which reaches your blood but still you are never afraid to use hand sanitizer. I may say that don't be too afraid of this chemical because the quantity is very less as it evaporates from the surface.

Good veg source of DHA

Very low quantity of dha. No epa, hiding actual quantity of dha (using percentage of 400mg in label, that means it's not 400 mg dha, max 20 percentage of it only) to make people fool.

Very effective product, I would recommend it to all veg omega 3 consumers. But I find it bit costly for its per capsule price.

Pretty bad quality, was getting strong fishy tasting burps even after taking it with food. While i appreciate veggie sources of supplements coming up, the quality of this one is subpar

like other dha supplements it has bad fish like smell, after taste n smell in breath and burps . very disturbing for s vegetarian
