511 Jeans are the best! Great selection of colors online with Amazon. Only concern is that the same sizes vary so much that can't count on the consistent fit. But the quality and pricing is great and worth the time to find the right fit.

Ah Yes, Levi's are THE standard. No matter what I buy, Levi's are my go to.With this said, the 511's fit me well, no Clown like baggy legs. Maybe a tad snug on the legs after washing but they stretch just a bit after a couple hours and fit me well.I have 3 colors of the 511 Levi's. New khaki, Dark Olive, and Blue ( don't know which blue though ) .The good; they all fit about the same, good fit as expected and of course Levi's. Slight stretch for my changing waste line. many colors to choose from.The Things I noticed; 3 colors, 3 different materials.New Khaki 511; are rougher feeling on the outside and stiffer than the others, less stretch. This may go away as washed but that will be seen. Inside is nice and smooth, so for wearing that's what matters. The back of the waist on this pair is slightly lower so and myself tugging it up, but after a couple hours of wear it stretches a tad and fits. I like these.Dark Olive 511; Smooth outside, soft inside, decent stretch, not stiff at all. I like the material a lot. Color is just slightly more green than expected, but I like it. Think might be my favorite material on these. Wish I knew which other colors are made with this same material!Blue, 511 ; This material is more what I expect with Levi's. Exterior not too rough, inside good, comparatively a medium stretch. My favorite fit and color. A Win.Bottom line; I'll but more these. Each color is like having a different type of pants but knowing they'll fit!

Nice fit and style . Sturdy material & zipper . These ride a bit lower on my hips than expected and make my butt look great ! You may want to consider a waist size larger if in doubt due to their position below your waistline .

I normally wear 514's, which I like a lot, but these are a bit trimmer in the thigh, which is great. 514's look great on me right out of the wash/dry, but once I've been wearing them and bending around, they look a bit baggy under the butt. These 511's fit better.It's important to know that, for both 514 and 511's, different colors have different elastic content. The 1% elastic is less stretchy, but more durable. The 2% is more stretch, and fits my legs better (in both the 511 and 514), but likely won't wear quite a long as a color that uses 1%. Check the details when you select color; details are NOT the same when you move from color to color. For me, I'm buying 2% and just recognizing that they won't last quite as long.

Excellent fit in the waist and thighs, and the way they lay over my work boots is comfortable. Overall great jeans.
