Busted wide open after 2nd charge
Unusual for an Aukey product in my experience, but this thing split open like a clam after only my second charge - in between, it simply sat on my shelf. I never even really got to use it! Definitely disappointed, but much too late to return it now.UPDATE 4/9/19: ZD Land has been very responsive to my issue, and has offered me a refund and a replacement unit! Customer service is something I value highly and look for when reading reviews, so I am adding stars to mine. With any luck, my original power bank was just a random bad unit. Kudos to ZD Land for standing behind their sale!Very pleased to report that ZD Land has followed through as they promised, and so far the replacement unit is behaving itself! Hopefully this unit will perform as I thought it would, and the issue was as simple as a bad device coming off the assembly line. In many ways, good service is more important to me than product quality when it comes to online shopping, so I'm happy to add yet another star to my review!!

It could help preserve your phone's battery.
I've had mine for over 6 months now, with daily heavy-use; and it still feels like brand new. My Samsung Note 10+ is around 40% bigger and 5% heavier than this charger. Its rounded edges makes it easy to slip it in-and-out off pockets. When connected to my phone the whole day, it constantly maintain the phone's battery level at 100%. This is the feature that I like the most, because it means that my phone battery is not lossing life-cycle from discharges.Other powerbank would auto-shutdown when the phone battery reaches 100%, and allowing the phone battery to drain once again. Which kills the life-cycle of the phone battery, shortening its life. This is particularly critical when gaming with the phone. With this powerbank I dont need to worry if it's doing its job or not, because I know that it does and keeping my battery level at constant 100%.I want to preserve my phone's battery, and this powerbank is the solution. If you want to keep using your phone for years to come, this powerbank would help you do it.

Solid wireless charger
Performance:Battery capacity is pretty close to what stated (10kmAh), as it was able to charge my Note 8 three times from about 15%, so that's great. Power bank itself also chargers pretty fast, in a couple of hours. Charge retention has been excellent so far.Design:Sleek, simplistic look - love it. Comes with a nice soft pouch. Power button on the side is tinyOverall:High quality product, it does exactly what it's supposed to, and it does it well. Add the low price point to that, and you have an amazing deal!

If you need extra juice on the go, check this battery pack.
Pros:-It is compact (slightly smaller than other 10000mAh packs)-Can be charged using microusb or usb type c (no more travelling with multiple cables)-Lots of charge (10000mAh). I have a 4000mAh phone and I can charge it 2 times from 5% to full and there’s some extra battery left (Has a battery indicator with 4 leds)-It charges as fast as you get with a 5V output (2.4 amps).Con:None for the price.Although I have to say, just like other packs it doesn’t have a fast charge (9v) but it charges quickly for microusbYou should definitely check this pack if you’re looking for 5000 or 10000 mAh chargers

Aukey is the way to go if you are on the move and want pants pocket-size.
The short description:1. Smaller than other 10000mAh portable compact battery2. Fairly lightweight3. The stickers were interesting *lol* couldn't help myself and stuck them on both sides. The Long description:Compared to my 10000mAh RavPower RP-PB078 battery it is definitely shorter/smaller. Weighs about same fully charged. Compared to my older RavPower 16000mAh battery - a world of difference in both weight and thickness but then again, it's a 16000mAh battery so it's not really comparable due to its density potential. I like the RavPower slightly more because the feel is nice and the tags are clear (it clearly states its a 10000mAh battery) but its length makes it a little clumsy in my pockets. The text markings aren't as clear on the Aukey and the feel of the Aukey is nice too but just not as smooth but fits in my pockets A LOT better!!! I also use magnetic charging cables (the heads are magnetically detachable) without any issues.Final thoughts - if I was moving around (like travelling and/or on holiday) and using my cellphone's GPS/Map and taking lots of flash photo's then the Aukey is the way to go!!!

Bad battery
This is an updated version of my past review. So I was really excited to try this power bank as I had seen it had great reviews. I bought this around February and it worked well enough the first times I used it. But then I would charge my power bank for the whole night and put it in my bag. After one use my battery would drain, or thad what I think happens because after one use I would try and use it again and the green light would appear and start charging but that would only last around 2-3 minutes before it would turn off again. So I’m not really sure what is happening to my power bank but at this moment I wouldnt recommend a friend to buy it.

Portable and High Quality
I am very happy with the thin design and the portability of this power bank. I also like the usb C compatibility for faster charging but it also has usb-a as well for other older devices. I recommend this product. Used it on my trip this past week.

Convenient and USB C compatible
I have some trips planned and wanted a battery that would not only have the capability to charge my two phones (1 personal and 1 work) but also the ability to quick charge via USB C. This fit the bill of physical size, battery capacity, and USB C power delivery. I deducted one star because it only came with a USB A to micro USB cable and not a USB C to USB C cable.

Great compact power source
I wanted a small power bank with usb c output, but not necessarily PD or quick charge and that would charge up using my cheap 10w solar panel. The Anker PD would not charge so I returned it, but this one does charge from the solar panel, so perfect for multiday hikes. It charges my phone (Huwaei Mate 20 pro) twice so fine for what I need. I have had it for about 5 months and no problems with it. Takes a bit longer to charge in and out, but that is fine for me. It charges the phone at about 1-5 - 1.8 amp at best, which is plenty for me.

Pretty fast
Good all rounder. Loses a star for not holding its charge as long as I'd hoped but does the job and recharges pretty quickly. Light enough to pop into a bag or rucksack. Comes with protective satin bag and this takes the charging cable as well.

Convenient, very easy to use, fast charging of phone
Did everything I expected of it, very well. Very fast charging of phone-quicker than from mains charger. Very easy to use. it comes with a short lead, for charging your phone, but if you have a USB lead, for your particular phone, you can use that too.Nice looking too!
