Surprisingly perfect, cute, sexy and a good laugh
This product worked surprisingly perfectly. I purchased it for a salsa cruise where we were doing salsa dancing with a cruise ship of 2,500 people. Dancing with a purse is not an option and neither is leaving a $1300 iphone unattended. My friends and I looked into dancing belts, wristbands and such and I settled for this garter option. It was definitely a favorite. Not only was it secure, effectively held my most important valuables (iphone, cruise card, and a couple cough drops), but I didn't even mind if it was showing because it was so cute and matched the color of my skin. Most nights I let my dress conceal the garter but on the "1920's" themed night I showed it (as pictured - I am the one on the left) and got many compliments on how cute it was, and smiles when people figured out that is was functional too. My friends and I got a good laugh out of it and ultimately they all wanted one too. I wish it could hold a lipstick too comfortably - but I could still fit one at the bottom if I let my phone stick out at the top rather than close the top - and this worked fine too. Accessing my phone from the belt was not really awkward - I didn't have to "go to the bathroom" or make a scene each time. It was pretty seamless. Just be careful if you are wearing a lacy dress because the velcro of the top closure my snag the dress.

Decent quality and holds a heavy phone, but I wish it tapered to fit better...
UPDATE: I will be returning the garter, as the rolling at the top really kept it from staying up. I really *really* wish this garter tapered and had silicon grips on the bottom because I really do love it in every other regard, but it's just not strong or durable enough for my needs. It's probably fine for people who only want it for going out to dinner, and not going dancing or for a long walk in the city. That said, their customer service is great. I submitted a return request and I received an email from the seller in less than 24 hours, with a mailing label and the promise of a full refund once they received the product. So, if you're unsure about this purchase and looking to try, I'd say it's definitely worth a shot.------Original review:So far, I'd call this garter "pretty good"...there isn't a huge market for them, and I've heard a lot of complaints about poor stitching or the garter slipping down. This one does pretty well in that regard-- the silicon on the inside definitely keeps it from slipping, but it's only on the top of the garter, leaving the bottom a little loose.I'm a size 4-6, and my thighs average about 20" in the middle of where the garter sits...however, my legs also taper, and the garter is straight, meaning it doesn't fit as well at the bottom as the top. On my shape of thigh, it also rolls down a bit at the top (anyone who experiences rolling from boy shorts will understand this). And of course if it rolls on the top, and the silicon is only on the top...slightly increases chance of slippage. For reference, I ordered a small and it fits quite well with my iphone (5s), and I have a large-ish leather case that holds a few credit cards. What I am worried about is the lace-- nice and stretchy and comfortable, but feels like it might tear or get over-stretched with heavy usage. Overall for the quality, I think the price is a bit steep, especially if it doesn't last. But that said, I also think it's probably the best on the market right now.A quick note on how it's pictured...if you've got thighs that aren't 100% toned muscle, it's going to squeeze and not look as flattering as in the image, and the pocket definitely isn't as discrete as it appears in the advertised image. BUT, for those complaining that it's only invisible under a full skirt, you can just turn the garter so the phone sits on the inside of your leg-- as long as you're not packing a brick of a phone, it's still relatively comfortable. For a size comparison, the pocket is about the length of the iphone 5s.The attached images show how it looks under a short gathered skirt, and should give you an idea of the size of my phone with case.

Good customer service!
The media could not be loaded. It was okay. I got a small cause I measured my thigh to be 18.5”. It fit alright but the bottom was a bit loose cause my thigh isn’t a perfect cylinder lolz. Silicon on the inside helps but I can see heavier phones dragging it down. Also the pocket was already hanging off the lace on one side, unthreaded (see video). So I returned it. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to get a smaller size or a new one in time for what I wanted it for. Might try again a different time, and maybe an XS instead despite what it says on the size graph.Edit: Great customer service! The seller was very friendly and contacted me offering a replacement. Will likely purchase from them again if needed!

AMAZING!
This garter purse is AMAZING! I recently used this at a rave/concert (jumped a ton and bumped into a bunch of people constantly) and it held up without re-adjustment. I also wore it to comic-con when I dressed up as Silk Spectre from Watchmen and it didn't get in the way of my costume. I even wore it over my cotton booty-shorts and it didn't slip very much (only a little where the pouch was- will use a safety pin next time). It gave me easy access to my phone and I didn't have to shoulder a purse.I bought a small. I do think it would have felt a bit better if it was a little tighter. It is way too big for anything not my upper thigh (higher than where the garter is in the picture). However, it worked well enough. I am 5'4" and 135 pounds. I might just tighten it next time though via sewing machine to get a more secure fit and to be able to wear it a bit lower (at least to 2 inches above my knee instead of the currently 6.5" above the knee). It fit my Samsung note 3 (in the back pocket), lip gloss (front pocket), Listerine pocket strips (front pocket), and my slim wallet (front pocket).Note: Put a drop of isopropyl alcohol or ethanol on the rubbery parts once in a while. Dead skin cells sometimes stick to it after a while and the best way to get rid of it and make it more "sticky" again is to use a dab of rubbing alcohol on it.

Following the fit guide, this is still too large on the tightest setting.
This seems to be decently well made and should hold expected items except that the sizing is too big. I’m 5’4” tall and weigh 122 pounds, the recommended size slides right off even when closed on the tightest point. I may be able to stitch it back but wish it fit correctly.

Parfait
On se trouve fort coquine avec cela. Tellement utile quand on sort aller danser , aucun encombrement de sacoche en bandoulière. Et ça fait très sexy. Je n’ai jamais vu personne avec cela sauf moi! Cela tient bien a la jambe

Brilliant product!
Bought to hold my insulin pump in and does the job perfectly. I can see it would be ideal as well for mobile, cards, hip flask etc

Functional. Fit for purpose.
The media could not be loaded. I’d suggest redesigning the outer pocket. Too large for anything you’d want (or be able) to conceal.
