I was looking for a back support cushion that was tall enough to reach my mid to upper back (I am 5’5 180ish lbs with average length torso). I use this in my recliner while working remotely and the back support along with the neck rest provide a set-up that is very supportive.My only complaint is that it arrived in one of those ziplock bags that you seal at home with your vacuum and it smelled STRONGLY of mildew. I sprayed it with lysol and let it air out overnight with no relief. It’s great that this has a removable cover that you can wash, but the smell was so bad that I had to risk ruining the cushions by throwing them in the washer as well. After drying for a few days, I could finally use them. I would not recommend washing the cushions unless you absolutely need to (like I did), but they did hold up minus some rips in the foam.Even through the headache, I only docked one star because the comfort makes up for it. I would purchase again.

Nice pillow is WAY to thick. It will give you some mega forward head posture lol. The back cushion is nice and comfy though.

It’s comfortable I haven’t went on my long trip yet but so far driving with it, it’s comfortable only thing is when it’s really cold it gets hard but it does soften up in a short time period

Dealing with spinal stenosis and sitting in a recliner was becoming a horrible experience. Bought this and it does help relieve pain however the seat cushion needs adjustment when sitting too long. But is reasonable and does the job!

Works great. Helped with pain. Only negative is I have to adjust it every time I get in the car. I have to lift it up off the seat a little to feel comfortable.

Quality made item. Comfortable material. I purchased for use in my vehicle to relieve sitting pressure for extended driving. The back cushion does help relieve pressure points. I used as a back support and a seat support. Both ways helped. Would be perfect for seat support if it was wider to cover the entire seat area.

What i didn't like about the product is that i didn't notice it didn't have a strap on the back cushion and the strap on the head piece was too small. Made for cars and regular trucks. Not for semi trucks. But it was my fault for not making sure so I didn't dock them on it. I rigged my head piece up myself with extra elastic.

Used in the car. It’s comfortable and the neck support works well but unfortunately there’s no way of fixing the lower back support in position. This is a real nuisance as it has to be re-positioned every time you get in the car.

This item looked as I expected but did nothing to help my back pain in the car. Also means it takes a little seat space which made that shorter to sit on. I will be returning it. Worth trying if your car seat has a better length than mine.

Because of old fracture thought this support would help, unfortunately it moves when entering the car and difficult to place when ready to move, all in all a disappointing purchase, mow resides on the back seat until I dump it.
