Formotion HC-75178 Chrome Handlebar Clock/Thermometer P-Mount Kit for 7/8"-1" Handlebars

I ordered two of them to mount some speakers on 1" motorcycle handlebars. They look nice and hold up very nicely. When I first unpacked them, a small bolt fell out of one of the pivot arms, which concerned me a little bit. However, once I attached them to my handlebars, the tension eliminated this problem. The only complaint I have are that the screws to attach an apparatus to the brackets were too small for the holes. However, the tension screws that were responsbile for mounting the brackets to my handlebar were the right size. Anyway, a little measuring and a quick stop at Lowe's solved this problem. I would have blamed this on a random machining error, but I ordered two of these and they were both too small. I should also point out that when ordering this product, you only get one per package and not a pair.

i like the looks of it,but when i ordered it i thought i was ordering (2) two of them.there was (2) two in the picture,and that was great,but when i opened the package there was only (1) one i was NOT happy because of this..it didnt say how many 1 or 2.but in the picture it showed 2 so i figured there was 2..well i need another one and appearently they are out of them,now what the hell am i to do..i dont want to buy another kind i want the same thing,,,,,

Good complement to the Formotion ELA-20720 Electro Luminescent Series Black Face Clock, for installing it on the handlebar.The product appears strong and with a good chromium plating.But I'm very disappointed by the fact that the item doesn't have in the box the retainer (a "reduction" ring) for installation on 7/8" handlebars!Look at this video so you understand the missing item: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gvs_M1eVJ6QNOT AS PROMISED! Can Amazon help me to have the missing item????UPDATE: After having written to the customer service, Amazon decided to refund me, because they don't have the missing part. This decision doesn't help me for having a usable product, but it demontrates that Amazon cares about their customers, looking for a viable solution to make them happy to use Amazon again in the future.

Formotion makes a good product. However they should sell the clocks and all the mounting as one unit. I got a Formotion motorcycle clock as a gift, but had to purchase the mount separately. Not the end of the world, but I'm sure if some was giving this gift, they wouldn't want the receiver to have to buy extra stuff. Formotion doesn't really let the customer know that. The device works spot on , though. Very solid components.

Got this 3 days before the last expected delivery date. I don't have a formotion tach. I bought a sunpro one, this still mounted nicely onto my 1 inch bar, beats going the cheaper route of grabbing 1 inch clamps from home depot, they look tacky and aren't as solid and sit as proper as these ones here. no complaints, mounted the tach as i said on my 1 inch handlebar and i was good to go.

Use to mount the Moto Compass to the cyclic stick on my Gyroplane, Keeps the compass secure and in view at all times. Less shock that a Motocross Bike, but the installation was quick and straight forward and looks great also.

Fast. Just what I wanted. The main screw hoe doesn't fit the bracket tight enough on my 7/8" Harley bar, so I had to drill the second and put in a longer screw and nut. Works great now.

I used two of these with a home-grown bracket I made to hold the led-podon my new Valkyrie after I tossed the silly risers and bars that Hondaput on there... I wish they were for 1 inch bars and not 7/8 <-> 1 inch...they're really tight, I guess the little hinge is strong enough to hold allthat pressure...

The product is good but I thought they were a pair, because on most handlebars you need two such in my case. Now I need to buy another... Disapointed by the lack of clarity in this respect.
