When I visited Sicily I purchased these peppers and used them in cooking. Whenever friends went home to Italy I would ask them to buy them for me. Now I have my own source and I am delighted. They enhance so many simple delicious dishes. Thank you for making this possible although a visit to Napoli or Sicily would be nice too.

Love these little dried italian peppers on my tomato sauce and any thing that cooks with olive+garlic+peperoncini. Use this instead of pepper flakes or whatever if you want flavor and controlled piquancy. There is no substitute for calabrian peperoncini.

The package was exactly as described and arrived in good condition. These peperoncini produced nice aroma when tossed into the pan with olive oil, but they are definitely hotter than most so I'd recommend to use it sparingly.

The package came even more quickly than was expected and was exactly as described! I'm very happy with this purchase and would happily order from this company again.

Great peppers for cooking true southern Italian recipes!

So happy to find these. We bought a small jar in Venice. They are extremely hot so no need to use much. Works will in puttanesca, or alio e olio dishes. Great to add as a background flavor in roasts. Or just add a little on top of your pizza!

Tastes good when making alio olio pasta!
