I haven't been able to find a good bubble some that produced small bubbles. The larger bubbles make a much louder sound than smaller ones and with my tanks in my bed room it's not exactly easy to fall asleep with all that noise.These, however, so make small bubbles which is great until the air starts coming out of the end. You gets several pool noodle material "stones" and just as many clear plastic hose attachment connectors. One end goes into the micro pool noodle while the other attaches to the hose. The air is supposed to be forced through the porous material of the micro pool noodle but because of the manufacturers choice to leave the connect and sponge stone separate that leaves space for the air to take the path of least resistance up the side of the plastic connector and out the end of the stone. It renders the product almost useless. Lee's has a way of letting me down so I shouldn't expect much. Every Lee's brand item I've purchased as fallen short. They make creepy products so I suggest you reach into your wallet a little deeper and buy a pumice some instead. At least they glue the connectors on with those.Oh, as far as the misleading picture. While I read the description to know I would only be getting one package, some people might think they're getting more.

The diffuser creates normal size bubbles not fine since this is for the course size. The bubbles are smaller than the regular air stone type. It comes with 6 foam type diffusers but only 4 connectors. If you need to use more than 4 at one time, you can shove the air tube into the hole of the diffuser and it would hold and work. They lose 1 star for supplying only 4 connectors.

I have an old under gravel. Can't get 'air stones' that fit. These are perfect and work very well.

I buy these on line to keep from having to drive around and find them. Local stores only sell small versions of the undergravel filter, and don't always stock all the components.

The bubbles are not as fine/small as expected. But works as it should.

They produce better air bubbles, which are more of a misty bubbles, not large bubbles. The misty ones place air all thru the water, unlike the blue types, that mess up after some use. These last and last for that quality air production nessecary for aeration of the water! A +++++

This product is listed as "fine" bubbles. The product I received is labeled as "coarse" bubbles.
