High Quality Omega-3 Elixir
I have been taking fish oil for nearly twenty years, and this one from Carlson for approximately the last eight years. I highly recommend it for its freshness, light non-fishy taste, and high potency. I much prefer it over pill-forms because of the lack of other ingredients, high potency, better tolerability, and lack of additional processing.Independent lab tests prove the EPA/DHA potency of this product. However, I can really tell the difference myself. I have not always been "compliant" with my oil intake over these last twenty years and see dramatic changes when I "fall off the wagon." Whenever I restart the Carlson Fish Oil, I notice three main changes: 1) My HDL jumps up. 2) My joint pains from intense exercise (all over my body and especially the knees) dramatically decrease and 3) my skin becomes much smoother with less cracks.Highly recommended

ameliorates dry eyes
I won't say it cures dry eye, because if I stopped using it the condition might recur. That's a risk I'm not willing to take. I have a corneal dystrophy that causes scarring when my eyes get dried out. It is permanent damage to my eye that is excruciatingly painful when it happens, and it used to happen a lot. I used Udo's oil (liquid), fish oil capsules and brand name specialty eye relief capsules for years without relief. My ophthalmologist measured my tear retention when the condition was first diagnosed as left eye-4, right eye-7. 12 is normal. I finally switched to the Carlson's liquid fish oil because of the high quality. I like the lemon flavor, and put it on my cereal every morning. My tear retention rate is now 13 in both eyes, I haven't had a scarring episode for a long time, and have not renewed the prescription for the exorbitantly expensive eye drops I had to use for the pain. This stuff is wonderful, and worth every penny--and I was paying almost twice as much for it locally. The price online is great!

Great quality, fair price
Great quality, fair price. I purchased this brand and style over others brands and even amongst the other offerings within Carlson based on price and nutrient content per serving. This one rated best for me. I began taking about a tablespoon each evening at dinner to help with high cholesterol numbers. Within a few months the next reading was perfect. My health team was impressed and high-fived me. I'll have another reading done in May.Good taste, no fishy burps, and I feel good taking it. I will buy from this company again.

Very good quality
This fish oil supplement is easy to take and contains a good amount of omega 3. The lemony taste is fine - not "fishy" at all. It's pretty expensive though, but still better value than capsules.

The perfect fish oil
I love this. It's the perfect oil. It tastes great and makes me feel wonderful. At first I thought it tasted okay but that it was a little odd feeling oil in my mouth, but it makes me feel so great that after a week or two, I actually love it, both flavor and texture. No fish flavor or burps; in fact, no burps at all. And 1.6 grams of combined DHA and EPA in one teaspoon, who can beat that! The energy it provides makes me feel calm and, honestly, confident. My skin is glowing, and my nails are so strong now, where they were always so thin before. This is the best fish oil.

Easy to get down!
I strongly believe this product benefits my health in many ways, but I'll focus the review on the taste. It has a surprisingly pleasant and natural citrus taste. It's non-fishy and non-yucky. Since it's oil, though, it's quite thick and heavy in consistency, which might take some getting used to. I pour it out in a measuring shot glass and wash it down with a swallow of coffee, tea, or water. Even the squeamish should be able to take this.I keep it in the fridge after opening as suggested; however, it does get a bit cloudy and thick near the bottom of the bottle, and you might have to warm it up a bit to pour the last of it.

Good Product, WAYYYYY overpriced on Amazon
Feed it to my dog in the meals I cook for him and he’s really healthy. The product has increased in price by $20.00 recently. I went to Vitamin Shoppe and found the exact same product for $48.00. Seeing, more and more, to compare prices as Amazon is not the least expensive option around. Buyer beware.

ZERO FISH TASTE
buy this product!!! trust me you'll thank me later. I'm old, and outta shape, and need to get my blood counts in better zones for cholesterol and triglycerides. Doc days 4000mg of fish oil a day. 😳I cringe knowing a) I can't swallow the horsepill sized gel caps and b) the taste of the fish burps is a horror show of epic proportion no matter what type I've tried so far.Enter google. Google and the Norwegians who apparently have the purest and least horrifying orange tangerine flavored fish oil ever known to man, woman, or cat. Mixed a teaspoon into orange mango juice and save of the mouth feel couldn't tell it was in there AT ALL. 2.5 tsps day will not kill me! Taste was a non issue!!Thank you Carlson's...for saving me from gagging the rest of my days away or from giving up and taking my chances on heart disease.
