this is an amazing statement piece, easy to assemble in my opinion. Packaged very well but one of my glass globes was slightly cracked where I needed it attach it. The seller responded quickly and they are going to send another. So 5 star customer service from this seller as well.

It is absolutely a stunning floor lamp!
Everything was well packed and easy to assemble in less than 10 minutes. My wife and I ended up purchasing a second one on the same day the first one arrived. No plastic... all metal and glass.

Low quality for the price
When the lamp arrived it looked like someone hit it with a hammer. This was probably due to shipping but the lamp is low quality. The glass in the globes doesnt match up and obviously the metal on the lamp is easily bent.

Stunning!
Absolutely stunning!! Well packaged, easy to put together. We have the white globes and had to go with a lesser wattage because it was too bright. We also have it on a dimmer switch.Buy this! It’s gorgeous!

Good customer service
I wrote a previous review disappointed with the packaging. As I began to unwrap each piece I found a few damaged pieces including a couple of cracked globes. However, when I finally figured out how to correspond with the seller and explained what I encountered, they promptly made attempts to reconcile. They offered some form of reimbursement, I counter offered by requesting replacement parts instead and they obliged without hesitation. Once the verification of pieces damaged were made, replacement parts were shipped right away. The customer service response was great and I love my lamp! My only dilemma now is deciding which illumination I like the most (dim or daylight bright)?!

Gorgeous lamp!
Got this, and a matching table lamp, for my mom's house. Everything was shipped very well-protected with bubble wrap, it took minutes to put together, and looks beautiful. We out 4.5W LED bulbs in there and it's bright enough to light up a 12'x12'(ish) living room. Really beautiful piece! And the seller reached out immediately after purchase to communicate about shipping methods and duties, etc, which was very courteous. For both lamps it ended up being about $30 duties from Turkey to Canada, FYI. Very satisfied!
