71103 Two-tone Harmony Stainless Steel Tumbler (12 Oz) - Revised Version Without Roll Edge

This cup is made well and is good value for the price. However, I purchased it for the bathroom and would have preferred a smaller size. I had reviewed other options including one with a straight drinking edge. So glad I did not go with that one! This one is much easier to drink out of.

It's a good solid cup. The wide mouth and rounded bottom makes cleaning easier for someone with big hands. It holds 10 oz.Keep in mind that metal is a good conductor. If you fill this up with hot drinks, you wouldn't be able to pick it up. Buy one with a handle instead. If you fill this up with icy cold drinks, the cup sweats due to condensation. A double-wall layer version will be better.There is one con though. This part will only bother you if you're OC like me. Look at the brim of the cup. You could see the metal is folded outwards to create a nice rounded edge. By doing that, they created a crease on the outer edge where your mouth touches the cup. Food particles can get inside those crease where bacteria can grow. You can't reach the inside of the crease using ordinary sponge. You could once in a while dip the cup upside down in boiling water for a minute or two to sanitize it. You could also ignore it hehehe...

I tried my very best to find a USA made stainless steel drinking cup but I failed. However I did write to StainlessLUX on several occasions with questions. They were great to deal with and were prompt with their replies. I was looking for ss cups for my bathroom since I have lots of company during the summer months. I feel a bit like Goldilocks and the three bears as I found the 8 ounce a bit small, the 12 a bit large and the 10 ounce just right. However the 10 ounce double walled cup that I liked was no longer being made. The new 10 ounce cup has a much wider bottom and less prone to tilt but the straight design was a bit plain. So I stayed with the 8 ounce for the bathrooms. I have only used these a few times but they seem to be a good quality and the packaging is very nice.

These cups are pretty nice, but I found others I like better. These are not as tall as I had envisioned (my fault for not studying product dimensions). These look like a single-walled cup with a small lip at the top where the steel curls over. I love the rounded shape, it seems more feminine to me, which is what I preferred. But I ordered these at the same time as another type of stainless steel cup, which is shorter, round, angled, double-walled, and has no lip at the top. The other type of cup is what my husband and son prefer. They look more masculine and they are harder to spill.I will keep these cups for myself (to reduce cup confusion around the house) and order a second set of the other cups for my family.

I love these tumblers. I ordered one and then ordered the last three on the site. It is so good to drink milk from a stainless steel tumbler, as well as anything that you like to be very cold and stay cold. Also, it never breaks, which is good with kids. The only issue I have had with a stainless tumbler, is someone stole it, otherwise they are permanent. I would encourage anyone to purchase this who loves cold drinks. The two-toned outer is very nice also, and this is not double walled stainless, which I have some of that also, but I really prefer this one since the top does have a little lip on, is single walled and therefore lighter and you would be happy to serve a cold drink to anyone in this.

I am very satisfied with the cup and if need be will buy it again.

It's a nice medium size cup that blends nicely with our brushed nickel faucet and soap dispenser. It's a nice shape easy to grip and hold.
